Quit unfortunate things have to end this way for the signature campaign promotion as the casino is new and need intense promotion for now, but because of the abuse of the bonus giveaway their have to end it for now.

The team need to put all the necessary thing inline to check mate any future abuse since this kind of crime are constant with bonuses system.

For what issues they get its better to end this up because they will be in big mess if  they select to continue and participants will left floating without any timeline for them to get paid. Yes I support the closing down of the signature and the no withdrawal policy placed on accounts that are whitelisted I believe the abusers are not far from those who just got to know about the bonuses which is mentioned on the signature thread.

I hope the admin get things right as soon as possible to avoid losing their genuine players since this is a new casino.

I didn't take any bonus or anything. Classic fraudsters, take deposits, and will never pay withdrawals, even to us who have not used any bonuses. I think the real problem is that they are not liquid at all, that story about promotions and abusing is just an excuse for me.

I think not only with your withdrawing get stuck but also last conversation before you can see many member have been get trouble withdrawing their assets, have reason with weekend why several cash out take delay but I don't really sure have casino gambling site with manually withdrawing process. less hope with your fund ability for withdrawing although keep forward and try to contact support every time, but you can PM the OP make this tread and ask him with withdrawing delay.

well i read in their signature campaign thread that they are facing some issues, the subscription campaign manager is someone that we can trust, so don't be hasty in accusing the casino, wait for them to solve these problems and if you notice they already solve it all problems and your problem is still not solved so contact support or send PM to @Royse777 ( OP ) he can forward your problem to support and your problem will be solved, so once again stay calm and be patient, i know that have patience after spending 8 days according to what you said it shouldn't be something easy but be a little more patient. Problems on signature pay has been already resolved out since its participants had been able to get their payments on their effort which means that they are indeed that serious on running the business.
It is really just they are really that keen on releasing payments due to those abuse issue which lots had made out some withdrawal and if this one is one of those abusers then
he would pretty sure wont able to get those funds.We dont know though until it would be clarified but for now they had stated about locked or cancelled withdrawals due

Of course it will be a tough task for the team to have to examine thousands of users who are suspected of abusing bonuses really crazy this is beyond reason
Royse777 says more than 21k new users created accounts in one day, how is it possible for a new site to get over 21k users while they are not yet running massive advertising
the best way is to stop all promotions for a while while looking for ways to avoid cheating.

promotions carried out by bitlucy are certainly interesting and make many new users take advantage of loopholes to abuse the bitlucy system. they certainly have to do an investigation on every account. I am also an ex-participant of the Bitlucy campaign and when I want to make a withdrawal I have made a $10 deposit, hopefully after all these problems are over, I can get the funds back.

This is the third crypto casino you are having issues with. During 1 month you had also problems with Roobet and AceDBets. And every time the issue is identical - problem with withdrawals? Turns to be that all crypto casinos are against you? Or you are not telling us everything.

Judging from the reports of some users of BitLucy.com, BitLucy should resolve everything quickly. Otherwise gamblers will have negative impression about their website. They were running attractive giveaway and promo to attract many gamblers, but abusers has made the situation worst for them. BitLucy team is doing those check now to determine the abusers. But some real players are also suffering for their slow dev. team. BitLucy team should have run some beta test of their betting site before making their official journey.

I don't think the problem is with funds to pay players but about team having to fix the site before their start processing genuine withdraw, as it was announced that the system was abuse with user creating multi accounts just to take advantage of the no deposits bonuse.

I believe with time the admin will get this fixed and get the site working again am sure their trying to investigate accounts to avoid further payments to abusers.

Actually, this doesn't surprise me at all. All it takes is one or few users go spread the news about a new casino giving no-deposit bonus on telegram channels or discord groups and boom.. thousands of new users will try to join the party. Obviously BitLucy team weren't expecting this and, imo, what made things more complicated is that those channels or groups are local communities. So what the admins see on the back end is a big number of new users registering at almost the same time and having similar IPs.

This step should have been taken from the start no need to let thousands of new accounts come claiming bonuses it's not normal
I've seen many promotions like this end in a few hours but Bitlucy doesn't they continue to run for several weeks
And we can guess that many complaints come regarding the withdrawal process they keep on intimidating.

for both of you, i don't know if both of your claims are true or not ^{(better include screenshot proof or other to make it valid)}.  btw, bitlucy is still relatively new so maybe they still have a few system issues, promotions and also liquidity, you better be patient ^{(i'm neutral)}

Still not have scam tread discussing about Bitlucy after many member complaint their withdrawing delay almost 10 days right now if still not process yet. Campaign signature running two weeks only to get many member to scam by their deposit and right now Bitlucy looks not care and take process with member withdrawing. Usually have some member here active give red flag when promoting scam gambling but why still nothing with Bitlucy after have many people got trouble withdrawing, actually the OP not respond yet.
