Good to see the owner of the site making efforts to see that all the security challenges are handled and accounts involved are investigated am sure the signature participant are the worst heat by the decision of the team and the action of the abusers.

Why you blame the signature participants? There's no proof the abuse was caused by the signature participants, it can be anyone including you or myself. It's unethical you're accusing someone that you don't know anything about it. The thing is without signature participants, they can't advertise their casino widely in this forum, though they can join forum's ads, but it's more costly.

No blame what happen with Bitlucy depend team respond because many cheater and multiple account abuse bonuses reward, but I don't see it happening and effect for withdrawing delay by several member. Right now signature campaign have pause awhile and do not know keep going on or stop totally. Maybe many abuser or multiple account on Bitlucy happening because see on signature campaign promoting, maybe here have research with Bitlucy as trusted site and keep continue process withdrawing or not.

If you do still have balance before this update then it is really just right that they would really be not holding off those funds unless if theres nothing that they could see or any issues
and it is really just right thing to be done by the team.

If they would be making a complete overhaul then presuming that everything would be changed but honestly i do really like the current design and color theme.
It is really just there's some problem about their bonus or promotion system and once that would be resolved then it would be indeed a good potential gambling site.

I think everybody needs just to be a bit patient. There are probably also a lot of legit users that are waiting on their withdrawal but I think Bitlucy didn't expect that their userbase would explode so much in such a short amount of time. Lets give them time to sort out of things.

Maybe have different opinion if you there and withdrawing have take 14 days still not process yet, I don't see have any casino gambling platform take two weeks for withdrawing process, actually maximum withdraw process just one day. Royse777 once said that Bitlucy will be back soon for the signature campaign, but we'll just have to wait until the site is fully recovered and there are no more problems, we'll wait for Tuesday and an announcement from him as the marketing team in this forum.

This is a new casino on the market. The website has certainly passed an audit, but it is known that not everything can be predicted before it is fully launched and tested live.
The amount of 100k euro is a daily limit for one user, so in my opinion it is not a small amount. Nobody has endless funds, so I don't think the limit is small for such a new casino.

They can limit the number of free spins per account and also the winning of the free spins may be required to wager before being withdrawal.
