I am a little shocked by all the problems of the site. The first days there were problems with a payout system, and then there were many more complaints. Now, there are also technical issues, I think it prevents many users from actively depositing and actively betting. Too bad, the site had quite a lot of potential but there are already a lot of problems that are damaging to its reputation. I think the team underestimated the project.
I guess since their signature campaign have restarting again the is possible positive outcome and this time betLucy will put everything in place. They are no two ways about it betLucy came with some good moves and after surviving the abuse of their system the lead to the restrictions on withdrawal.
I don't believe with signature restarting will give good effect for my account can restore back, I have open account last day and today still not working yet. Keep show "Wrong Login Parameters" until right now when I try to log in, actually I am lucky because not invest and deposit my fund to Bitlucy and waiting until site back normal and not any complaint want try with Bitlucy gambling casino, looks several participant promote signature campaign with trouble casino because can't log in to account yet.

Any one can access and log in to Bitlucy account? I try to log in my account have announcement with "Wrong Login Parameters" and I don't why its happen, I have use correct password because I made bookmark and save my password on browser access but still can't to log in in my account. Does need to reset password or waiting with Bitlucy site still not operation normally, I hope this site can back because still have my fund there and bad decision after website getting normally but I can't log in to my account.


I just checked my account today and really can't log in after asking to live support he says all accounts have been reset and we have to create a new account
There is no other way we have to create a new account and there is a slight change we are asked to add a phone number.

If you have funds in your old account immediately contact support they will credit the funds but not for bonus balance because the bonus has been removed

I think filling mobile number is a change that BitLucy.com has made. But that is not necessary because, mostly, casinos don't do this to their members.

I am not yet reregistered mine as I see the mobile phone needs to be filled, and I am waiting for clarification from @Royse777. We hope that BitLucy.com can remove this and not have to ask new members for cell phone numbers. Hopefully, they will consider it.

I must iterate that this was a big move and the right one too. Its of great pleasure to me to have seen BitLucy.com back to its feet. Although, I must express my displeasure to have been off the site for a few days. Particularly yesterday, I attempted logging in so as to place some bet buy couldn't despite the fact that, I got my login details just right. Not even a recovery password did come through although, I understand the reason behind all that now.
I just did a re-registration on the site a while ago, using same user Mr_right85 and mail address as before. Hope my balance be sorted out and I can game on!

I remain optimistic about the platform as before still and am glad all hands are on deck to fix bugs. I would have loved to promote the site still in your on going campaign but sadly, am not qualified as its rated Sr+.

Meanwhile, I discovered a bug in the registration phase and I suggest some attention should be given to it to avoid users not giving accurate details. This is particulate to Nigera country code with regards to filling out phone numbers. It might be relative with other country codes as well.

The Nigerian country code is (+234) followed by a 10digits (××××× ×××××). On the site, we've got (+234) but, its followed by 8 digits (×××× ××××). Hence, one filling this out has got to live out 2digits from the phone number. Now that isn't accurate and can result in some complications should there be a need for phone number verification. I hope the team gets to work on that.

Mean while, its my hope that the menace that once plagued the site keep off and the team including Royse777 keep a keen eye in making the project not to go off course to those scumbags. Nice one on restarting the project. I hope to work with you guys when opportuned. Bitlucy.com to the moon.

Entering a phone number is the last thing a user wants at the moment when registering. You might consider that a user has the option to enter the phone number if they are logged in to the my account section, but this should certainly not be required. It would be good if Bitlucy fixes the problems that exist at the moment, but Royse777 seems to ignore that. Very strange also that bitlucy is an account on the forum and that Royse is the representative.

thanks for this quick answer @royse777. I have a little balance in my old account (about $18), I will re-register with the same email and I will contact CS bitlucy to ask about the funds that are already in my old account (before bitlucy full reset).

Hi there Royse777. It looks like a bug in the newly updated website. I tried using other browsers and they all have the same results.



"Terms" are doubled. And all the supposedly readable information below like "Terms & Conditions" when clicked showed nothing.

Also when I registered my new account, I tried to input my contact number but there wasn't enough space. I am supposed to input a 10 digit number but I only managed to type 9 numbers.

Also when I registered my new account, I tried to input my contact number but there wasn't enough space. I am supposed to input a 10 digit number but I only managed to type 9 numbers.

I am in a situation, that require BitLucy representative attention. I will start from the beginning.

I have participated in BitLucy signature campaign, earned some dollars, placed some bets, won and lost. I must say that I have won more than lost. When signature campaign got paused, I have posted my BTC address here and signature campaign rewarded amount got transferred there. But, I had some funds on a balance, that I've got from betting. Today this amount was taken away with a comment "Because of bonus abuses, we have to re-do bonuses".

I have never received any bonus. BitLucy gave me 10.54$ on 05/06/22 9:04 AM and instantly took it away. I have risked my signature campaign rewards, spend time and earned, and BitLucy took it away. This is ridiculous. I just got robbed.
Have you contacted Royse777 directly Via PM? because he is directly in contact of the team and if not mistaken he is also part of it .

so Instead of asking here better to go directly in their Inbox so you will receive faster answer and best result as the Site of Bitlucy is experiencing so much abused and we cannot blame them from having this tight security now.

I have an open ticked to support pending for 5 hours already. I am not in a rush, I just want to light up my situation here. If I have violated something then it would be fair to take away my balance. That is fair. But to take away it because "group of people abused bonus", that it wrong. To add me into a group of abusers, because I have clicked receive bonus button (bonus, that was immediately take away) is also wrong.

Here is the end of my story.

I should not have used my signature campaign reward to gamble, because they plan to transfer this reward to my BTC address. I have used "planned to be send money" and won, so they made a decision to take off winning. On one hand, with a request to leave BTC address here forces platform to withdraw signature balance. On the other hand - it is weird that it is not allowed to gamble with reward.

If you gamble and win with signature reward - prize will be taken off, if you gamble with signature lose - they will send signature reward anyway. "This is how we are dealing with the cases. " But I would say that this must be BitLucy personal expenses, not my balance should be dependable from users that lost. My balance should not be used to cover platform losses.

Anyway, I would get poor if I dont get these 30$. Let it be the cost of BitLucy reputation. Good luck to them.

Bitlucy is not using your money for personal expense. You can not make your assumption like this.

If I understand the case of of Erumo correctly than some guys got paid first on the Bitlucy site and on their BTC adress, after which Bitlucy voided their account balance?
Seems a pretty fair and normal thing to do.
@Royse, when you want to register, the flags corresponding the number for the telephone are not always correct. I get a Belarus flag with a +32 prefix but this should be Belgium.

The case is not about 30$.

The case is about unclear and unspoken signature campaign rules. Or misunderstanding between manager and BitLucy.

When joining the campaign, it was mentioned that rewards will be credited to BitLucy account. It wasnt mentioned that you can only withdraw or lose these funds. Because in case you win something with them, it will be taken away.

Then the situation with abusers happens and it was said that signature rewards will be transferred to BTC address. Royse777 asked to post BTC address in signature campaign topic. Why posting BTC address there = I want to withdraw my signature campaign reward? All in all this was a backup plan after all. I kept on gambling.

In reality, posting a BTC address meant "from this point and after, your balance will be withdrawn, and in case you win, funds will be taken away, because we plan to withdraw your balance". Due to abusers, the platform decided withdraw my funds to my BTC address. I wanted to keep funds there, keep on gambling and either lose or withdraw a bigger amount. Instead BitLucy withdraw my signature campaign reward and reset remaining balance. Fair ?

Lets pretend that there will be no abusers? What will happen to rewards then? Will I be allowed to gamble or only to withdraw? Which other decisions will BitLucy take instead of me?
What will happen if I or someone with a greater reputation here hit jackpot with signature rewards funds? Void it anyway?

In addition, flags are sorted in alphabetical order, but there are not country names next to flags. I am not a big expert that knows flag of each and every country. I know that my country is somewhere in the middle, so I have to scroll down and search for my prefix. Would be better if there will be place to add prefix manually to make search quicker or narrow the list. Or prefixes would be as an ascending list, coz this looks a bit complicated to find needed one.

quite alright i also expected such from them and am excited they made it back on a return, i have the feelings right from when they reopen their signature campaign back, many things have changed about them to improve the betterment of their services, i knew it right from time that the campaign and casino is not the type that has come to offer less in terms of quality service delivery for it users to enjoy, i hope by now they would have dealt well with all their shortcomings after some break, i wish them good luck.
