I don't see anything wrong with having the official owner of the BitLucy to have an account here and make post on their own thread. Can you see it? What's strange with that? You know if you play more, you'll be able to grasps the importance of terms and conditions, specially with the bonuses. It was free in the first place, and that would logically mean that its terms should be followed.

There's nothing wrong with that in itself, in the sense that it's not against the forum rules. But this is the very first time anyone has done such a thing. I think Royse777 also has a lot of stake in this project if he wants to make it happen, otherwise you wouldn't make posts like this. It's really weird how it works this way. There have also been a few complaints about payouts, but no one seems to be commenting on them while other sites are being attacked at the same time.

It's no surprise to me that this sort of behaviour is always the case when it comes to giving out bonuses on registered accounts or on deposits. Gamblers will always find a way to over leverage it and make the most of the bonuses. On of the cases present in this same thread on the difficulty in the withdrawal system, yiu can imagine a user after making all the trouble, still goes ahead to point to the later that, he or she doesn't mind much oabout the unpaid $100+, after all, it was a money won out of staking with them bonus balance. The bet was placed using bonus. Either the bonus expired or you have cancelled it intentionally and bonus became zero. I will check with the provider and will let you know soon.

Bitlucy has already had several situations where they don't pay players and come up with excuses that the payout system wouldn't work. It's starting to get a little unbelievable. They do have withdrawal problem, but not yet can be said as scam.
I feel it's ironic when someone judging a casino had some complaints call it as scam while he promoting well known scam casino and close his eyes regarding a bunch complaints about his casino he promote. @Royse777 work as manager, while @bitlucy work as casino's team, however if they both want to create multiple accounts, it's allowed.

Reading up terms and conditions won't really take too much  time for someone to read up since everything had been already been given or noted and its been clarified already which I don't see a reason for someone not to be able to read up.This site is new and it's expected that there would really be still lots of adjustments along the way.There are even people do call it a scam already which is a freaking kind of behavior.

thanks pal for answering. yes they also in live chat before opening account asked me to hire, and also they will give amazon gifts like tv etc i found it very strange for scamming issues thats why my deposit was the lowest. in live chat and i have all the printscreens they also told me the withdrawals are instant!!!!!!!!!! i am still waiting the withdrawal of my own deposit, 7 days they cant even send me my deposit i really cant understand how people still trust them in this forum and say good words about them.

I don't see this site as a scam because I don't see any negative feedback about them and also they have recently paid their signature campaign participants and all of them seem to have no issues in withdrawals etc.

It would be like spilling dirt on your own face. But I'm not going to throw it because when it comes to payouts, then I personally don't participate in this casino campaign. However, as a clarification so far we have not found any authentic evidence regarding the validation of how the casino's payment system applies. As far as I know while the free promotion is still active withdrawals will continue to be delayed they need to verify all withdrawal requests

i think what you are experiencing is from the site and maybe the site is congested because some times when they are working on the site it do get low of some other things to be click, or you login out and try it again because it always be network interruption some times, not that I'm one of the team but from experience

I think that for a BitLucy casino class, which is still said to be new, it is normal for withdrawals to take a while. But as you said the withdrawal will be followed up soon. Considering that BitLucy is currently under development which is much more efficient, so far the withdrawal process must require patience and one more thing network density is also another factor. Trust me it will be resolved in the near future.

You are some of the people who understand this situation unfortunately not everyone understands right and actually there's nothing wrong with that
they play then win and want the money there's nothing wrong right, I am one of the users who waited for payment more than 24 hours a few weeks ago and my withdrawal was successfully processed. I know the situation and I am willing to wait as long as I get a clear reason.
