For security we are doing manual withdrawal. When the admin is away then it is taking time to process the withdrawal but when he is at the office it is fairly quick even we are doing it manually right now. We are making sure clients are getting paid.

The user has the right to receive his pay out. It was not stated that he can not play on other slots, only stated that it would not count for the roll over requirements.
If lucybit wants a user to play on certain slots from company  only, then you have to built this in, like all the big sites do. When you receive funds to play on slot A, and you dont want your customer to play on slot B and C, then you have to solve that and ont blame the customer that he is playing there again.

Seems to me like someone is using his army of alts to debase the new casino.
