I agree if he has a valid point and proof and he thinks the casino owes him then he should post valid proof and post valid reasoning, this account should be tagged for accusations he cannot substantiate.

You are right he deliberately created more accounts and made the same accusations to pressure the casino this is an old method used by many spammers in this forum
one thing that caught my attention this guy really knows how to put pressure means he is not a new user. When we look at a case we look more at evidence than accusations we can decide which one is trustworthy based on the evidence at least the casino tries to provide an explanation and doesn't ignore it.

I don't know how much bonus they are giving to each user but why do we complain about the wagering requirements.

I only chose because I thought could get more spins because the min bet was smaller than the sweet bonanza and actually got a few scatters and produced between 50-70x multiplier but yeah all balances ran out before I was able to reach the wager requirement, but I'm happy because I could try this casino

They are clearly lying through their teeth. Why? Because they aren't providing any sort of proof to backup their statements and just keep accusing the casino which implies that they are simply mindless trolls.
