Royse777 says more than 21k new users created accounts in one day, how is it possible for a new site to get over 21k users while they are not yet running massive advertising
Actually, this doesn't surprise me at all. All it takes is one or few users go spread the news about a new casino giving no-deposit bonus on telegram channels or discord groups and boom.. thousands of new users will try to join the party. Obviously BitLucy team weren't expecting this and, imo, what made things more complicated is that those channels or groups are local communities. So what the admins see on the back end is a big number of new users registering at almost the same time and having similar IPs.
That is indeed a sad situation and if care is not taken the casino may find it hard to recover from this, abusers are just looking for mistakes to exploit and once their see a window for that to happen the go about informing armies of their fellow cheaters to reck havoc on the platform.

Any ways lesson are learned now and I believe going forward bitLucy will not make such mistakes ever again.

Of course regular players will be stuck with this problem if all support can't solve it, it says in Royse777's post they have whitelisted a lot of users but will it be done quickly the problem is because as I know there is so much abuse like mention this Royse777 .
But if a lot of users are already on the whitelist why withdrawals have to wait 10 days even though he won't use the bonus.

I think if there is a lot of cheating in bonus abuse then it is better to stop this promotion and change it to other more attractive marketing.

Well that should be the first step to take , keeping the promotion active means inviting more cheats and add more work
Instead of bringing more active players on the contrary regular players feel uncomfortable and maybe will go

I don't know but, I feel most of us the camapign participants as well as customers who tested the site and found it fair owe it to the public to know that, the recent scandal with the platform was basically as a result of the abuse from users on its bonus promotional offers.

I mean, why do they get to do ghat and still go ahead to make a lot of noise about it! It's crippling to a just growing site to be paying out money on its bonuses even before it gets to receive any deposit or generate funds out of patronage. This shouldn't be the case anywhere as it doesn't help the system. I guess bitlucy.com will have to and is looking into that and other sites should take correction as well.

Just to note, I got my campaign promises/payment and I'm sure it's same with other participants. Same thing too would apply to customers that registers and games within the T&C. It might have taken a few 2-3 days but, it came anyway and it was in the wallet far before the site was marked the transaction as successful. Evidence of an imperfect and growing system so, let's be guided and help the system grow to become sustainable.

But don't they have another account that also answered some complaints that happened recently, and as far as I know Royse777 is not only the campaign manager but also part of the team.
It seems that multiple accounts that violate their bonuses are making the team so busy solving problems, maybe KYC can reducing multi accounts although I'm sure a lot of regular players don't like KYC.

I guess BitLucy launched in a hurry they are not ready in some ways even I saw them looking for some new staff even though the site is up & running
This is a consequence that must be accepted and their current reputation is being questioned the situation will get worse if the end of the month is not resolved especially for regular players , anyway we hope for the best.

I think everybody needs just to be a bit patient. There are probably also a lot of legit users that are waiting on their withdrawal but I think Bitlucy didn't expect that their userbase would explode so much in such a short amount of time. Lets give them time to sort out of things.
Maybe have different opinion if you there and withdrawing have take 14 days still not process yet, I don't see have any casino gambling platform take two weeks for withdrawing process, actually maximum withdraw process just one day. Several gambling platform process withdrawing without few minutes and I think have trouble with Bitlucy, maybe if they have official Bitlucy account here better to respond why withdrawing get trouble and many member not get their money.

I think you should read the post above written by Royse777 which clearly states that Bitlucy is facing some issues and soon they will be able to overcome them. I am sure this casino will grow big time but currently they are having some major issues and i hope team will able overcome them as soon as possible.

I think everybody needs just to be a bit patient. There are probably also a lot of legit users that are waiting on their withdrawal but I think Bitlucy didn't expect that their userbase would explode so much in such a short amount of time. Lets give them time to sort out of things.
Maybe have different opinion if you there and withdrawing have take 14 days still not process yet, I don't see have any casino gambling platform take two weeks for withdrawing process, actually maximum withdraw process just one day. Several gambling platform process withdrawing without few minutes and I think have trouble with Bitlucy, maybe if they have official Bitlucy account here better to respond why withdrawing get trouble and many member not get their money.

I think you should read the post above written by Royse777 which clearly states that Bitlucy is facing some issues and soon they will be able to overcome them. I am sure this casino will grow big time but currently they are having some major issues and i hope team will able overcome them as soon as possible.

I believe the abuse of the bonuses system by cheaters is the only major issue recorded in the start-up of the site and am hoping the team is working on a way to fix that issue.

They should at least hire someone from the team aside from the campaign manager for at least able to answer out community feedbacks and complaints which is just like now on where
manager isnt active and there's no staff support that could give out some information on whats going on.People do just keep guessing and saying about patiently waiting.
The site is still functional though but with the current issues it do really hesitates new players.

I agree. Bitlucy have a huge room for improvement and I see that Royse is even taking the stand and proving all the allegations wrong by just simple being honest. I've just read that some newbies accuses them of being a scam despite the news and announcement provided by the team. These problems could be easily fixed via enhancing more in security or making things in order so that it would be avoided on next time and yes they do have good impressions
