After I received free bet from Bitlucy I tried to bet today but I keep getting error information showing  that I don't have enough balance for this operation.
I have 7.49$ in my account and whatever number I type for betting I am getting the same error, clicking on MAX button is not doing anything.
I only picked high odds so this is not the issue, so I really don't know what seems to be the problem.

After reading his accusations, I believe, most people will just ignore him. Because if he is serious in accusing this site because of those withdrawal problems, he can always create under scam accusations thread. So even if it is not him who had the problem, he can encourage those people to post the snapshots of those withdrawals that did not make it. Because if it is only words without proofs, then, his accusation is not worth taking into account.
