We have developed the current site from the scratch. It's not some ready made template and such thing anymore. We have a big team now (actually since my last announcement of us doing massive update, after trying many ready made providers we had to make this decision that we will do it by our own. Those who are familiar with the industry you that this is really a BIG move).

The entire manpower are working behind the scene day and night. Management team, Development team, IT team, Design team, Security team all are working clockwise. The Marketing team and Support team are also doing their parts too.

Congrats for the re opening of site and knowing that you came from Scratch again and looks like you have learned everything from the past experiences in which will surely bring you great result .

Now I may be Start playing again and thanks for the Update , I still have some small funds remaining and may add more for another experience .

Just checked it seems all started with new including interface, the registration form also removes the phone number at least better than before
But it's not fully launched yet because some of the banners don't work and some games are available in demo mode
The most important thing is that Royse777 has to realize when the full launch there has to be a reason why we have to play here right?
Overall we don't need a new site but need something new, so what is it? please show.

This is a new Casino and is still under development, and I'm sure all Casinos when they're just starting out will have a bit of trouble. Agree with you new casinos should provide something unique or different from the existing ones but it takes time in development as well as time for players to finally realize how different this casino is from the others, we don't know something new that bitlucy want to offers so just wait until this is fully launch.

After re-registering my account less than 2 weeks ago i now need to re-register again apparently.

you don't need to reregister, you have to change the browser and try to log in using your old username. How many accounts have you created?

I have one account, with the same email address, they keep deleting it with these updates. Ive been told to recreate it by support twice so im not pulling this out of thin air. The fact yours hasnt been deleted just makes me suspicious they are only targeting high balance accounts.

Their reaponse to me yesterday on live chat was literally:
"Due to the website infrastructure update, you need to create a new account."

But then again they have an excuse every time you try to get money out.

Have you tried clearing your cache and setting your browser as your default as suggested by other members? Given that their website is still in beta, it's understandable if it's a little wonky. There are still a lot of bugs to iron out, or perhaps your account has been flagged as an abuser.

First, try to resolve some of the technical issues on your end.

Lol you just crucially slaughtered him there  As far as I can tell, Bitlucy are doing their very best to keep their promises despite all the allegations thrown at them. I've never heard a real testimony of a scam with a real proof, all of the negative accusations came from newbies and those that sees the Bonuses they had as something 'they own' which obviously is never something they worked hard and invested. So far, Bitlucy's soft launch provided a new visual, which concludes how the team were really desperate to make changes and provide a quality gambling experience they promised.

Yes, BitLucy is free from any charges, they only have minor issues, like in terms of registration. Nothing to worry about. A casino that is still in development will be very natural when it is invaded by users who make the site a little down. I just tried to create a dummy account (hope they will not ban me for multi-accounting  ) to check this out and indeed, after filling in all the required information, I couldn't sign up. The Sign Up button is not working. I tried clearing the browser cash and tried a different browsers but nothing worked (tried with both Chrome and Firefox on Android).

Also, I noticed that there is no option to reset the password on the Log In page. I think they should add this feature in case a user (like me) forgets his account's password.

I understand it's normal on new sites I mean they've been working in the last few weeks then announced it would be ready to launch

All worked on my side, I don't know how it is possible, maybe you have to try VPN or use a browser where VPN includes. I also have the same problem which can be clear after changing the browser a day ago.

about forgot password, when the button reset password didn't appear yet, maybe the user has to contact support on live chat right bottom or email to security@bitlucy.com ( this seems like a bug)

I´m really very happy with Bitlucy, now they have another appearance, it looks like a casino that takes several years of experience, I like the environment of the games, the classification and the best of all is that I had no problem to register, I A lot that they have eliminated the option to verify through the telephone number, this is something that for many was annoying, I like to take the suggestions of all users.

Working this hard to build the website back up is certainly a big deal. It will make sure that you are doing much better, however you need to do a bigger marketing situation in order to get a lot more attention. Look at here, it is not getting the attention it deserves and the attention you should get based on your hard work.

You have worked hard to make this website much better, even the fact that you are not ready made template anymore should be known by more people than just come in here. I highly suggest a signature campaign, if not then at least a high amount of money spent on social media ads could work out well for you as well if you can, influencers are also another way to go.

Am wishing BetLucy all the success they deserve is one thing that the site is still in its demo mode and there are no activities on the site yet but the marketing team is already doing its best to create awareness for the relaunch and what to expect on the new site.

Yes, I was able to register about a few days ago and was successful in playing some slots games there, only a small wager.
