I disagree 30x wagering requirement is pretty fast to reach on slots in comparison with sport bets or casino live games IMO. But if the house edge of the slot is high, it could be hard to get something at the end. 5% of 30 is 1.5, so for one dollar earned you would theoretically lose 1$5 on a game with 5% house edge.  

Of course in case of growing the wager amount, playing slots is way faster than sports betting, since in here you have a lot of waiting time before getting the result. Again, you have to mind your balance.

I think you just have to exercise more patience because many factors might have attributed to this but am sure the whole complaints is well related to the appropriate bodies, i want to believe they will soon got that challenge fix and meanwhile every newly launched casino may likely develop little challenging experience but am sure they got big solution to allthis, and i really appreciate the fact that you had a nice experience with your first game and winning.

Don't treat it as lost yet. Have you tried to contact them? What was the response from support?
No casino that wants to establish presence through a forum will simply steal your money or it's going to work against all they're trying to do here.
Try again and again, don't over do it, like try to withdraw tomorrow and then give it a day and try again. If nothing works day after day, contact support and give them a few days to work it out.

If next week you still won't have the money start a scam accusation with all the screenshots from your failed attempts and responses of their support and we will back you up in this.

Without evidence of their foul play you won't achieve much, especially since there are people who had no problems withdrawing. You have to add some weight to your accusations, so to speak.
