This seems very confusing to me. I also find it bizarre that Royse777 started the announcement topic, while bitlucy now suddenly has its own account. This seems set up so people won't tag Royse777. The story about the user with his free 7 euros and that he has violated the conditions is also strange to me. If you don't want a user to use this money at certain slots, then you just have to deduct the amount he wins there from his amount. And don't say he violated the terms. If you really don't want a user to play other slots, you should technically just block that software. What has happened now is very misleading. Why not just pay the user? he didn't cheat, did he?

This was unexpected. Unexpected in a sense that the CEO shared a lot of information with you privately and even I was not aware of all of it. You should not share private things in public extensively. You could have shared the sections it needed for your case. It seems he trusted you even with some part of the back office.

Bitlucy is having issues with payment processor. That's why some of the withdrawals are delaying but we are working clockwise to bring everything in order. We are supper busy from last few days. The support is up 24/7 working eight hours shift but us who are in higher rank are doing 12 to 14 hours shift only to keep everything in order, it's hard but we are doing our best. We can not just wait for the processor to make things done and then start processing payments. We know not all clients are not the same. Some people do not understand the real situation of a business, in fact they do not have too.

On top of it a lot of users are abusing bonus with multi accounts. Some are even involved in group betting, betting with insider information along with all type of foul play. There are a lot of things we need to check with the provider and by ourselves. But at the end clients need to get paid. To maintain the order we are processing payments manually to users who are waiting for few days.

You said that you did not get paid but obviously you were not telling the full story. You have been paid 1.999 LTC on last 27th. I talked to the ECO after reading everything. He wants to be done with you. He confirmed that he wants full KYC from you before paying you whatever money you have in your balance and close the case. He feels like you are blackmailing his business by taking the chance of all the information he shared with you last few days.


Right now you have a balance of $39.986942

To make things more fair for you in the KYC I will be checking with you. Mark my word, after having the full KYC if you pass successfully then I will become your security for the money you have in your account I do not care what the CEO thinks about it. Please acknowledge that after reading this you will not make anymore bet and your balance will remain what it is now.

The no deposit bonus is killing us. Yesterday alone we had over 500 new registrations. There are users like they come and request us to give them bonus again because they have cancelled their bonus. But since the bonus has been given already, we can not give them the bonus from the bonus account. We give them main balance instead of bonus balance however we strictly give them information like following.

This was unexpected. Unexpected in a sense that the CEO shared a lot of information with you privately and even I was not aware of all of it. You should not share private things in public extensively. You could have shared the sections it needed for your case. It seems he trusted you even with some part of the back office.

Bitlucy is having issues with payment processor. That's why some of the withdrawals are delaying but we are working clockwise to bring everything in order. We are supper busy from last few days. The support is up 24/7 working eight hours shift but us who are in higher rank are doing 12 to 14 hours shift only to keep everything in order, it's hard but we are doing our best. We can not just wait for the processor to make things done and then start processing payments. We know not all clients are not the same. Some people do not understand the real situation of a business, in fact they do not have too.

On top of it a lot of users are abusing bonus with multi accounts. Some are even involved in group betting, betting with insider information along with all type of foul play. There are a lot of things we need to check with the provider and by ourselves. But at the end clients need to get paid. To maintain the order we are processing payments manually to users who are waiting for few days.

You said that you did not get paid but obviously you were not telling the full story. You have been paid 1.999 LTC on last 27th. I talked to the ECO after reading everything. He wants to be done with you. He confirmed that he wants full KYC from you before paying you whatever money you have in your balance and close the case. He feels like you are blackmailing his business by taking the chance of all the information he shared with you last few days.

It turns out that there is indeed something wrong with the payout of the system. The site may not feel like paying players, but it could also be a technical issue. Anyway, something isn't working. What I just don't understand: when you promote a new site, you make sure that all functionalities have been tested, right? It also kind of looks like the site wants to hold payouts for as long as possible in the hopes that players will still gamble their money. Not fair.

Do you try it by yourself or you are just using the post above by user betesport as reference for this statement. If you check his post history, You will notice that he is doing this same complaint about the problem on his account to other Casino here. His account was accused for fraudulent activity which is the reason for the delay of his payment. I don’t know if this is the same case for Bitlucy but don’t conclude without doing any research first.

No he isn't a troll but he is just telling the truth. If there's a troll here then that could be you because you always say the same thing. How is it possible that you always experience that on every gambling sites that you play? But to @zidanw, @AbuBhakar was right that you better try it own your own, let see if you will have the same experience as others.

If not then maybe they fixed the problem already but they should do it asap because if not then players will worry and many new players are starting to avoid this casino after that. I have never seen so many scam accusations to a new casino in such a short amount of time. From what I read, it seems that Bitlucy is handling everything correctly but have had some issues (which is to be expected). A lot of problems with multi accounts that claim the free bet of 7€, which is sadly always the case. When I claimed mine, it was clearly instructed that you need to wager it 30x on Pragmatic slots, so all the complaints about that is just because people don't read the rules...
