If you check his post history, You will notice that he is doing this same complaint about the problem on his account to other Casino here. His account was accused for fraudulent activity which is the reason for the delay of his payment. I don’t know if this is the same case for Bitlucy but don’t conclude without doing any research first.

Also there is this "filtered from x,xx total entries" not sure if this is the total number of registered users or not but you may want to hide this information as well.

I read the accusations made by several users and I believe all this could have been avoided if the casino rules were strictly enforced.

No one would believe that a casino handled by Royse and spends tons for promotion would scam you for thousands of dollars. There should be some technical glitches which caused the problem. Have been adopted before on Primer League match predicting where allowed with account minimum have member rank only, but Bitlucy not have privacy and rule newbie account still allow get 7 Euro as sign up bonus. But I don't think with this problem because above discussing have several member got trouble with withdrawing and Bitlucy have publish and make tread topic here to answer why several withdrawing delay. It's not too late Royal777 can still update the rules to avoid problems in the future. Another positive thing that I see the Bitlucky team is willing to pay on the condition that users have to go through KYC this is a fair solution.

Unfortunately after so many days waiting, i have to tell my bad experience with them. 
i have won over 1000 euro in sports bets, but when i tried to withdraw an amount
just to check them, they told me that i bet on foul play, fixed matches etc etc cancelled
all my bets and decided to just return the deposit. this is a pattern strategy from bookmakers
that dont want to pay and generally can't be trusted. i have been trying to withdraw my own deposit
money 7 days now without success (a very very small amount of money if you wonder),
no withdrawal is processed, problems with their system as they say. 
whoever needs details pm me. yesterday i received an email from management that the money are on the way.
if they arrive i will inform you. still nothing. whoever won a relatively big amount of money test them by simply withdrawing.

Well, I have seen his response earlier. I am not sure if 100% of those users abused bonuses. If so, Bitlucy has to rethink the bonus now. If new players make new accusations every day, Bitlucy should explain everything on time. Since Bitlucy has created an account, I hope they will be active in the forum and solve all the issues. So Far, Their response is not satisfactory to me (of course, there are some exceptions). Since they know a group of people abusing the bonus, They could temporarily disable the bonus for newbies and keep their eyes on the thread.

I agree with you, But, I would like to say to you, that Bitlucy really has issues with their payout system which has already been confirmed by Royse777 and Bitlucy. I don't believe all of them are abused the bonus. Even though there are a lot of newbies complaints about payouts, I believe only a few of them are legit accusations. Not good ideas getting sign up bonus only 7$ have to pass KYC on Bitlucy casino gambling platform, I think just need check with account qualify with member rank above, usually cheater and abusing sign up bonus did by newbie account and several them maybe have less activities and new account creating.
