Based on all of this, I can only conclude that if you want to run a clean business, don't give people free money! Some users will try to abuse the livin' shit out of it. There is no way to guarantee these people can be trusted. And free money is a drug like any other. They want more and they'll do anything to get it.

That's the problem always, free money will always attract scammers and players who want to abuse the system. A bitcointalk exclusive promotion (and only from member rank or higher) would indeed be more interesting as the amount of abusers would be a lot lower. I don't think this is quite true. Why do you say all newbies are scammers? It seems very likely that you are defending Bitlucy site, as many people are doing with baseless arguments. Bitlucy has already had several situations where they don't pay players and come up with excuses that the payout system wouldn't work. It's starting to get a little unbelievable. Unfortunately after so many days waiting, i have to tell my bad experience with them. 
i have won over 1000 euro in sports bets, but when i tried to withdraw an amount
just to check them, they told me that i bet on foul play, fixed matches etc etc cancelled
all my bets and decided to just return the deposit. this is a pattern strategy from bookmakers
that dont want to pay and generally can't be trusted. i have been trying to withdraw my own deposit
money 7 days now without success (a very very small amount of money if you wonder),
no withdrawal is processed, problems with their system as they say. 
whoever needs details pm me. yesterday i received an email from management that the money are on the way.
if they arrive i will inform you. still nothing. whoever won a relatively big amount of money test them by simply withdrawing.

This is something to do with bonus cancellation. Users accidentally do it or sometimes intentionally do it when they want to claim another bonus.I am sure in your case it happened accidentally.

Unfortunately, this bonus thing just took all energy from us. We are suffering the headache for it since last two days.

We have requested the provider to have a warning tool tip before cancelling a bonus. So this will help users to know that they are actually cancelling it and will reduce accidental cancellation of bonus.

When a user cancel a bonus it shows "Withdraw" in the Type field of the payment history page. This becomes confusing for users and sometimes to us too. So we have requested the provider to change it to "Bonus Cancel" so that we understand it better.

Some users suggested to allow bonus for certain rank of users. keeping it in mind, we have decided to allow bitcointalk bonus only to the accounts which is at least one month old. So, no fresh account anymore.

I wish I would address everyone one by one but honestly speaking I am really tired after the long day.

We really wish the payment processor will be done tomorrow. Several times we were very close to finish it but one gets fix then another comes. It took a whole freaking week for the payment processor team to notice that there were some case sensitive issue in API call. After a long day all gone to sleep. Why would we take you serious as you willingly promote a scam? I don't really see an issue in the fact that also Bitlucy opened an account on this forum (this is something we have seen for a some other casinos alsos).
