I think so far the situation and condition of several teams after the World Cup break and/or after the season break, at least some teams have experienced a change in performance for the worse and some for the better. For example, Milan will play against Tottenham, but Milan is experiencing a decline in performance in Serie A.
Also regarding Dortmund who will play against Chelsea, with an increase in good performance for Dortmund, it seems that Dortmund will have a better chance than Cheslea who is still in the development stage.

Chelsea's performance following the World Cup has been so poor that many supporters and fans were surprised. With players like Hakim Ziyech in the Chelsea squad, who performed admirably in the World Cup until the semifinals, and other good signings, we expected them to be better than they are now. On the other hand PSG have struggled against some teams in the Ligue 1 in away matches. Lens and Rennes countered them really well. PSG even lost two points against Reims in Parc des Princes. In that match Galtier tried a different formation which didn't help them at all while their trio were on the field as well. PSG still seem a little more promising because of having a great trio in the attacking line though.

Unfortunately, the two teams are currently not in a convincing situation. both PSG and Bayern, both are having some problems. plus, several key players from both teams were both injured. Recently, it was reported that Mbappe would be absent after getting injured against Montpellier. according to rumors, Mbappe will be out for the next three weeks. that means, Mbappe is doubtful that he will be able to appear with PSG against Bayern Munich later. and if these rumors are true, automatically PSG's front line will lose its sharpness a little. It's a shame, because this match is an important match for PSG.

Yes, it's true that it's better to enjoy a match if we're not too sure about the bets that exist. If we bet in doubt, it's not good even though the bookie offers attractive odds. Me too, if I'm not too sure about the match, then I will find another match for me to go bet on.

this cannot be avoided, we will witness both teams playing very competitive games in the match. Real madrid is still the strongest team in the champions league this season they will be tested by Liverpool strength in the round of 16.  Maybe if Liverpool are able to win this match, of course they will make a surprise in the last 16 because historically Liverpool is very difficult to beat Real Madrid in the Champions League.

Apart from that match, we are also interested in seeing Bayern Munich against PSG. the two teams with the best quality in their respective leagues will be a big match filled with star players. I hope PSG can qualify for the next round.

Well, while everyone was worried about the absence of Neuer, PSG also had their losses. Neymar missed the match with Montpellier, it’s not clear how serious his injury is, if I’m not mistaken, nothing serious, but now Mbappe can miss the match with Bayern, these are very significant losses. It's hard to put the PSG team on the scales. They actually have no resistance in their own competition. They sometimes lose a match, but I think that is because of laziness because they know that they will become champions anyway. Teams like City and Liverpool play many matches against strong teams throughout the year and are tested more. Perhaps that is PSG's biggest problem, they only have the games in the CL where they are really opposed, and then they have to be tied. If they play with a vanguard without Mbappe and Messi then I think you have no chance against Bayern Munich normally. And then you play the first game at home, too bad for the audience.

I don't think there is going to be any bad luck for them in this game because in Champions League their performance is completely as they wanted, and they beat Napoli in away game which is also good for them with this recently Real Madrid is also having not good performance in La Liga because they have eight points gape from leaders Barcelona and having goalless draw at home against Real Sociedad mean their attack is also not performing as they needed.

Even advantage is with Real Madrid, but this is not going to be easy game for the both teams and any team can go through into last eight but if Liverpool lost here and then their chances for the top four in English Premier League are also not good mean things could be more than worst for the Liverpool, and we can expect good changes in coming season for the improvement.

We have too much similarity in both team's performance after break with too many injuries and performance level is also not as they were doing before break even in last nigh game both done good performance in away matches but still they need more improvement for the better results in Champions League but here I have feeling in this all situation PSG is still better than Bayern Munich because in last three Bundesliga games they have just three points with their attack is not sharp as it needs to be on target which is surely problem for them and Nagelsmann having the biggest concern about this as well.

Real and Liverpool have a very big and tough past history. They faced each other twice in the UCL with pretty much similar team for LFC, but both similar, also not so similar team for Real at the same time. This is why they do not really like each other, and the fact that LFC fans would really want a revenge for last years loss, and the previous one of course, we are not going to see it probably.

We are going to see Real beat them again because Real is not that bad, whereas Liverpool is nowhere near the level they used to be. Don't know what happened to them in a few months, but from being UCL finalists to this season, they became incredibly bad.

Its seem Borussia Dortmund have better performance than Chelsea as team opponent in UEFA Champion League round 16, winning last three matches in Bundesliga and success bring back to the top fourth standing behind 3 points left from Bayern Munich. Different situation with Chelsea most active in window transfer and last deadline days break Primer League window transfer record after signing Enzo Fernandez.

Chelsea still have inconsistent performance actually after FIFA World Cup 2022 and have won two matches from last 7 matches in all competition, seems drastically poor performance in domestic league and eliminated from FA Cup after beating by Manchester City 4-0. Lets waiting two matches later before Champion League how performance from Chelsea in domestic league.

Borrusia Dortmund might have been better in terms of performance this season in all competitions but as of now, Chelsea have spent so much money building a better team and with the new incomings I think Chelsea will play a lot better when they go head to head with Dortmund. I will definitely bet on Chelsea to win.
