When a club is in a big crisis like Liverpool are witnessing, it is challenging for new players to play well. Even in a club that has good performance, new players have to struggle to adapt already.

Nunez and Gakpo likely have to fight for their survival in this season and keep up strong mentality against pressure and criticism against them in this season. They must have acceptable performance to keep up their own chances in a next season. If they have too bad performance and fail to cope with pressure, criticism, they will lose themselves and in a next season, they might have a slippery season that will put them to exit gates in Anfield.
