What is the number to be on the committee 1000 coins, or 500 now? Not that I qualify for either, at 125ish.

Mostly just curious if the number of coins will be decreased. Or if the price sinks a bit, and my other coins skyrocket... guess in theory I could get to 500 then... extreme longshot.

it will depend on the poll result which looks like the remaining coins will be destroyed.

i dont know where to vote but id like to have the rest destroied , also whats planned for the future of the coin and how can one help make it brighter ?

Sitting at $140k market cap with 50,000 coins. And even only $280k with 100,000 coins.

Most coins are hitting 400k-600k market cap pretty easy so there is the opportunity to do at least 3x more in

prefer the forth one with the thin lines and the orange xbc also realy liked the original one but can understand if something simpler is needed ^^

I also preferred the original one. These were done with no real direction, just the need for more options. We will have access to the original materials for the next round of logos. The more criticism the better we can please you all! Keep the input coming.

i realy liked the thin lines , the different "layers" in the upper grey part and the little white dots , i dont like that most coin logos are sooo simplistic

When can we get the explorer online?

Would be wise to be on CMC soon. That is where most investors like me come into play.
I already bought though heh.... obviously.

Just want to add real quick, I actually love the name. First reaction was to dislike it, heresy...after that, kept thinking.. "Proof of Stake Bitcoin" ... I love it.

I have a fair amount of XBC, and just holding, I can see a lot of potential with the angle here, with a solid design, branding. Proof of stake is hot and this seems like the best branding for it. The people that seem to know what is going on tend to agree. Keep up the good work!

FYI: Not in the IPO, not an insider, just someone that picks really good coins with a lot of potential. I paid the going rate on Poloniex. Just look at the marketcap for some crap coins and calculate the potential here as a solid coin, that is my tip.

I agree that the potential is enormous, but of course we'll have to wait and see if it reaches its potential. But that is all we mostly buy here anyway in cryptoland, coins based on potential.

At first I wasn't fond of the name either. Then I realized that for the general public, it may be a plus... well, plus in the sense they have some familiarity with the term bitcoin already. If the coin hits the press or gets more publicity, the name may work in its favor.

Guys, if somebody comes on board spreading FUD please just leave it to a little attention but try and back on topic if they just keep regurgitating. Getting steered off topic for pages on end is a dream for trolls. Constructive criticism is great but there are some people just looking to tear us down for no apparent reason and feeding into it with pages of fighting is exactly what people like that are after.

We have nothing to hide.
There are hundreds if not thousands of people holding this coin now, the IPO was on a live exchange for days. We found somebody to do the blockchain explorer and I am paying out from my own XBC wallet toward getting the things the community needs and wants done as quickly as possible. I have actually fallen under the 1% ownership mark from paying users today, and have pledged more for future developments.

The decision to destroy the remaining unsold coins was made simply because if we issue another IPO now that the coin was noticed it would affect the people who showed faith in the coin before it was born directly and that would be wrong. The consensus has been overwhelmingly to destroy the coin.

-I have been working tirelessly 16 hours a day, and quite a few others have as well to get this coin where it stands right now.

ON TOPIC

In the next 24 hours you will see announcements for the explorer, faucet(s), multiple interviews for articles being written up have been done by the dev team. We have people working on graphics, videos, the whole works.  

-We are negotiating with a couple of merchants who wish to accept XBC as a payment vehicle on their websites.
-We are discussing real product using the coin from debit cards to clothing and other options.
-One of our committee members will be hosting a give away
-We have been holding nightly meetings on http://webchat.freenode.net/ #XBC and have all our ducks in a row.
-We have an official website in preparation - it just needs front end tweaking. We want a well done / useful website.
-I'm drawing up a white paper so everybody can get an idea just how far we intend to go with this coin from now well into the future.
