This is good news indeed. I was unable to move my coins over to Poloniex. So, what do I do at this point with the 50+ coins in my cold storage wallet? How do I conduct this 1:1 swap? Thank you for all the hard work and your efforts in creating a new wallet and restoring XBC.

You can swap it with SeriouCoins once all is ready. Probably IRC would be the easiest way to reach him, though I believe he is sleeping right now.

Awesome news..They are all waiting for the unfreezing on Poloniex like hawks lol..Good job I managed to buy a few hundred coins last night that I had borrowed to do another buy in. 

I find trading behavior both fascinating and odd.

People move their coins to poloniex in anticipation of the wallet changeover, and of course, coincidence or not (I'd guess not), that limecoin lite coin does their flash ipo thingy. So people naturally cash out their xbc, put it into lcl, and hope for some gigantic profit. XBC price goes down due to the sell-off ... yet LCL never really takes off ... and now the next day, XBC is probably higher than the price they sold at, and with the new wallet, I'd expect the price to increase. That doesn't even count the potential for other exchanges to take the coin now.

It's like 90% of people have some form of trading ADD, where they buy/sell based on whatever is occurring within a 15 min timespan.

As most of you know, we have mindfox on the job ironing out bugs contained in our new wallet. It was made public a bit prematurely so I feel its for the best that poloniex keeps our market frozen until the wallet is complete. Our new wallet will be released in good time and I am making arrangements now with exchanges / pools / explorer hosts to upgrade to our new network. The new coin will have a total initial supply equivalent to our total outstanding coin base (after the destruction was completed) with all the specs as promised in the ann (primarily 10% annual staking).

If you are an exchange owner hosting this coin that I have not gotten in contact with please send me a PM here, contact me (@Seriouscoins) on freenode #XBC or send an email to bitcoinplusXBC@gmail.com so I can fill you in on the details.

Same deal as before, all coin owners will be receiving a 1:1 Swap to our new network - if your coins are on poloniex the transition will be seamless(no work for you) **Please do not send any more to deposits to Poloniex at this time**. For everybody else with their funds either cold stored or in their wallets - We will be maintaining the current network (for an amount of time I will try to establish) until all coin owners come forward with their coins for the trade - it will simply be to send your old coins to an address I provide, send me the Txid and I will manually reimburse the amount. After everybody is reimbursed we will move forward 100% on our new network.

I greatly appreciate everyone's patience with regard to our new wallet, I made the decision to do a relaunch feeling this would be the best possible way to ensure a new and completely secure network - And we have good hands ensuring this is so. There will be no more delays, the moment mindfox gives me the green light on our new wallet I will begin rolling it out; I have also already established our contact who will be compiling the wallet for mac users, so be aware there will be a mac wallet coming as well.

As for questions about the explorer, I am hoping to have that updated as soon as the final source is in my hand to ensure everybody gets to verify our network - As always if anybody out there wants to throw up another explorer to verify authenticity feel free to do so, I will post the source with the release as always.

If anybody has any questions, as usual you can find me on freenode #XBC or leave me a PM. I've received quite a few messages about the swap - there is no need to worry if your coins are stored in your current wallet, as I said the old network will still be live for some time. According to our rich list there are only ~200 wallets with a sizeable balance above 0.01 so I don't anticipate much of a lag time - I will be here after the new wallet rollout to handle the first wave of swaps as quickly as possible.

Our community has a great deal of new projects ready to roll moving forward with our new wallet, as usual, expect great things from XBC - This wallet is the last bump on the road to progress for us and I'm truly humbled by the overwhelming response from the community and everybody's patience as we worked to reach the proper solution.

XBC market on Poloniex has been unfrozen, withdraws are frozen - if anybody has a copy of the leaked wallet again please do not use that it will not be part of our updated network. Do not withdraw or send funds to an address in that wallet - The coins will be lost.

Hate to ask this, but is there any sort of timetable as to when the wallets/swapover will be complete? By the end of the week?

Looking back, it probably was a bad idea to ask people to move all their coins to poloniex. People get antsy... it's like putting a wad of cash in front of a gambler while he watches other games he can bet on.

And are there any announcements upcoming for whatever else you have been working on? I recall that casino thing, for instance. I haven't seen much mention of it since the wallets have taken precedence, but some ideas on what is upcoming may be helpful.

There should also be some organization regarding voting for coinpayments and moolah. I realize the dev team has been busy, but too much silence isn't a good thing.
