Yeah. Meanwhile my issue is now still unsolved and there's no communication at all from the casino, if I ask, I am told (not by them) that it will be solved. If I don't ask, of course nothing happens.

I really liked them, but I withdrew my balance and don't look inside anymore. Even with promos ongoing I feel its my responsibility as a former campaign sig wearer, to tell people to just be careful and not deposit more than they are willing to lose.

I'm not badmouthing any site here, but I'm simply being neutral. During my time playing, I haven't experienced any of the issues you're experiencing. However, it's best to find a more responsible gambling site rather than lose money. That's why I deposited only a small amount, even just what I wanted to bet. With incidents like this, I'll be much more careful in the future.

I totally agree with this.
They need to address the open scam accusation threads against them and work on resolving them. I'm not saying that all those accusations are true, but they still need to be addressed to remove any doubts.
If I remember correctly, they even received a negative feedback from a dt member (probably the reason why they decided to stop their signature campaign), which seems to have been removed. That's a good sign and it shows that they are working on rebuilding their reputation.

Maybe it's just some random technical issue that they are trying to fix, or perhaps they are facing some DDoS attacks? I tried to access it using my other browser that has an inbuilt VPN, and that Cloudflare verification box keeps coming up. It doesn't load past it. A sigh of relief for the users, though, since they made the announcement.

I have pending issue for months and they never resolved. I know they had a problem but no communication and surely you can fix the problem in months, I would say they have selective problem solving I actually waited a long time before coming here to say it.

Do they have many unresolved scam accusations that are valid? I am just wondering because when I checked their account profile, I did not see any red trust. Normally in the forum, DT members will red trust an account if they scam someone.

It's unlike a mandate but when people have problems, want to receive support, they also want to get support as fastest as possible so it's necessary to make a post as an accusation with enough information, and to make it more easily to follow and understand, there is a form for that.

People can use that form, or ignore that and make their accusation in their own ways but the forum serves good purposes.

Why delete what if case has been resolved? You the feedback the DT member gave? Of course if a DT member gave a negative tag or feedback to a service for any case, when such case has been resolved, it is a duty or responsibility of such DT member to remove the tag because the tag represents an accusation which has been resolved, there is absolutely no need keeping the tag as doing so will simply mean the DT member is accusing the service wrongly.

But if what you meant to say is that the DT member deleted the feedback when the issue that lead to the feedback hasn't been resolved, well, I don't know what exactly to say about this because definitely alot of reasons can lead to such a decision, for example, the DT member might have come across convincing evidence that the accusation that lead to the feedback is not true and or not justifiable, so instead of reaching a conclusion in a case he or she is not sure if the accuser is telling the truth, the DT member may simply decide to exit him or herself from the case by removing the tag while he or she waits for new evidence that could prove the case is true.

Just my personal thought.
