Btw, Dropbox now reduces the price for their pro package. Basically you can have 1TB with only $9.99 per month. Maybe you guys should calculate the effective cost again.
I dont think that u ppl undestand the Storj project ... its not all about the $ is about DECENTRALIZED CLOUD STORAGE not about the $$$? Tell that to the ICO investors who are all at a loss since day 1. lol Again, with all due respect, we explicitly stated multiple times before and during the crowdsale that nobody should expect a profit from participating - anybody who thought they would contribute to the sale and then immediately dump for a profit chose the wrong project. The crowdsale was mainly for early access to Metadisk and DriveShare and to help us cover costs. We thank everybody who participated but still. How is that early access coming along btw? |

People just don't realize that dropbox upgrading 10x their offering is very bad for storj as a whole. If storjx was worth Y yesterday, it makes no sens for it to still be worth Y today.

Dropbox only corrected their unsellable offer to be more competitive.
Now Dropbox selling minimal space 1TB it is still big joke. Not everybody want to live with all data in cloud.
It is clear that prices will go down because of Storj, Sia and others.
Please just wait for the product.

Didn't they say that Storj was supposed to cost 10% of dropbox or something in their video?
Now if dropbox upgrade their offer to 10x what the plus value of storjx now ?

The other big advantage of Storj is that, contrary to Dropbox, you don't pay for a set amount of storage (i.e. 1 TB per year) you only pay for what you use.
Exactly, dropbox or other companies are best in selling what you DON'T need in case you need only a little (Adobe for example). |

You're right about Poloniex being slow, it took hours for my Crypti to arrive there too... I wasn't going to sell the Storj soon anyways, but this 3+ hour wait is brutal nevertheless. |

Furthermore, It´s not pumped and it´s traded at Poloniex, the confidence exchange of Jl777 (SuperNET owner). Imho the synergy is clear, but I don´t know if there are any contact with SuperNET, or if could be a real interest from Storj devs to join it. What do you think about it?
