3 If I come to the denomination (eg 1000:1) KARM whether the exchange will take place in the portfolios of the machine and you will need to make a simple exchange will send you as creators of the indicated address and you would send a new currency KARMx? as it has happened with SAT = SAT2 or LIM = LIMx?
Please reply on the forum so that we all understand and be clear because I know that not only did I have such questions.

It is good that this discussion is over. Obviously most of the community members have a different opinion on this topic, so it is better then to keep current number of coins. Now let`s all continue to support KARMA as much as we can. |

But .. at least we make them and move on !!
Value creation, I believe is the topic ..
Let's not be too hasty with a sale of lill.com
I see lill.com as our principal revenue generating asset in the LLC
and while it's great news that outside parties have an interest in the project
I'd be opposed to selling anything other than a minority stake assuming lill.com
needs the development capital ..
Any other thoughts opinions ??

I love Lill, it is Karmashare's flagship. But it has reached a point where it can't realistically be finished without outside investment (paid devs). Like Triff I would prefer a solution where an investor would come in and offer funding of development, in return for a minority stake. That is my favourite scenario. What is now on the table is a flat out sale. I would only consider selling if it'd generate north of 100,000$ - prefrably several times that amount. While it would mean "loosing" Lill, it could turn out to be a significant boost to Karmashare's long term goals. The iPOCOs were always meant as a kind of "crypto startup incubator". Well incubators are in the business of nurturing ideas and then selling them when the opportunity rises. The profit this sale would generate would make Karmashares so much more flexible: * It would be one of the (if not THE) single biggest "financial events" in altcoin history, generating a lot of invaluable publicity. * That and the PR agency could turn Karma from "not-quite-a-shitcoin-anymore" to the levels of "crypto-number-3-competitor". * Developers could be hired to work on the various projects and help them get done faster. * Part of the profits could be paid out to shareholders, rewarding them earlier and higher than most expected. * It would most likely start another Karma-boom, as such returns cannot by had by just owning any other coin and it is not too late to catch the boat. * A raise in Karma value would increase the worth of Karmashares "stash" significantly, which makes it easier for the company to "cash out" smaller amounts to finance future developments. None of this is guaranteed to happen, but chances are pretty good it would cause some waves and give Karma a bigger profile (and marketcap). I may not agree with every decision ..
But .. at least we make them and move on !!

90 bil coins of karma is really good to use widely

Our course, we have not ceased our pursuit of adding value in other ways. (In fact, I am in Europe now have a general conversation with an investor regarding Lill.) Hopefully, our current efforts will be enough in the short term to secure our BTC market. By Kosmost Good Lill investor ! The good movement of first Karma LLC is nice to every LLCs. Hope you to meet good investors !  |
