FYI: there is no market for KARM on https://coin-swap.net/, and this exchange it is displayed on the 1st page of this thread.. hehe they add us and remove us and add us and remove us and add us. they are not the only one too. bittrext removed us and in msg said they should add us right back. watching the market... Did Mintpal removed you from the BTC market too ? I ask because I saw only LTC market for Karma on Mintpal... |

ok switched over to http://karma.p2pool.altcoin.dk/i really hope it works, i'd gotten too comfortable with the previous settings to want to change it, but i understand we need to switch this way to make things more secure, it seems to be mining away anyway, i just wish i could join the hash power that some have there.. how do u get 33Mh/s??? |

buy a box of asics. some people fear the coming of ASICs yet they do not realize that ASICs are already being widely used to mine scrypt coins. even people who are unable/unwilling to set up farms of their own are "renting" masses of hashing power to mine all kinds of coins. |

Now if I want to buy 1 LTC I must spend >600k of KARM @ 160 Litoshi, but the reward per block was reduced to 35,000 KARM per block... Actually I must spend the entire reward of 18-19 blocks of KARM for 1 LTC ! If Mintpal asked for stable 150 Litoshi course for KARM, how much do you estimate the pair KARM/BTC ? |

Based on current BTC/LTC levels the price would equal a BTC worth of ~2.5 satoshi. Recent trends (several spikes above 200 litoshi) would put price more in the area of 3 sat, selling cheaper than that would mean a significant loss compared to selling on the LTC market. |

PS: I mined on P2P pool too and I saw no diff, received same amount of KARM in the same amount of time like in a "classic" pool PS2: I didn't received any bonus, despite I hit "follow" on Twitter.. are you serious or .. ? Yes, the block rewards have been reduced as scheduled and the price has recovered to levels like when Karma was even younger than it is now. You were lucky to get in early, perhaps unlucky that you moved on. I'm not sure why Mintpal set that price but it should work out fine, I guess they are working on the assumption we won't ever be worth less than 1 or 2 Satoshi. When KARM is paired with BTC, assuming that is soon, it will most likely be trading in the 3-4 Satoshi range (given an anticipated small jump as soon as it is announced), however it is possible that this could quickly increase depending on interest generated by the announcements on the exchanges and other announcements. Cryptowho will be better able to answer your question on the P2P Pools because he is running the only node. As you are probably aware P2P Pools normally take longer to start paying out rewards and have the inbuilt functionality to distribute additional bonuses, however it may be getting done manually to ensure the bonus is distributed as intended. I haven't seen any specific conditions for the bonus so you should be fine if you stay there. There may be bonuses for other pools if the P2P gets too big with too few nodes. I like karmacoin This coin didn't take 'POS system' to pump or defend price The pos system without pow is not secure.. If choice pos, then focus on making pos system more and more secure but many coins just take pos system to confirm others.. not good.. plz karmacoin goes on it's own way  |

When was the last time you experienced an instant price increase right after a halving? Karma has achieved massive growth in value over the past 2 months. It has gone from dead to most profitable scrypt coin before the reduction. Let us rest for a few more hours, then we can start gaining price again to make your coins worth the electricity they cost. If you need instant LTC, I guess you'll have to mine elsewhere for a little while. If you can afford to hold your coins a while, stick with us. This good coin has achieved so much in so little time, and the journey has just started IMO... |
