its just a cosmetic issue that we display them in wallet
they should not be shown same as orphan mining blocks

only pow/pos earnings in a fork ar worthless
and transactions done in a fork are not done for real

but i dont want to sweettalk the situation
yes we will keep the network no question
but also yes we got some homework to do
for next wallet

longterm the goal is clear as users requests

a dmd diamond wallet should not be entertainment for nerds
instead it should be a easy to install and update tool to access
ur dmd funds and later on services that are attached to dmd diamond

Ok, I got repairwallet to work finally. For whatever reason, it kept giving me only one answer when typing it in console, which was 'true'. But this time when I did it, it reported the mismatched spent coins, and amount affected by repair. Not sure why all the times I tried previously didn't work correctly, but everything's fine now.

I'm happy with DMD. Always have been. I think only good things can come in the future. All this time I was hoping I'd be able to mine some more before the reduction when I got my rig back, but things didn't work out. Ah well. Cheers, guys.

Next wallet release, you might want to fix the text that goes black on the send screen after you send coins. I know it's not a huge deal, but it is sort of annoying. I mentioned this in the DMD forums quite a while ago.

nice guys i see u prepare already for trigger and most guys go solo mining

also more people support with listen=1 config and act as  block relay nodes

u have to check ur cpu (the core where dmd wallet runs on)
if u hit 100%  u need to adapt ur
maxconnections=50
(or 40 30 20 until u stay below 100%)

(important is to understand a node with many connections but 100% cpu load is adding more bad than good to network
because it lag in relay info and create confusion in network)

i think maxconnections=20 is save for like any cpu

i myself run maxconnections=100 and have like 50-70 wallets connected to me all day long


this also show that our network increase on good state nodes

from cryptsy we got feedback they need some more hours most likely in the evening they are done

they did not only sync from zero but also run maximum detail scan over that chain again

its very good cryptsy act in such a professional and quality securing way

There s still a couple of months to increase your stocks of diamonds. I do expect the price to rise but slowly, until demand depletes whatever remaining supply is still available. Anyway, I will continue buying.

Can someone help? I re-started my computer after a crash, downloaded wallet v.2.0.5.5, it started to sync, but it froze at block 873417 (14 hours ago it says) and won't go any further. How can I solve this?

correct blockcount is visible at all 3 explorers

make sure u do following steps
install new wallet

if ur blockcount is different than the blocks in explorer
go into ur %appdata%/roaming/diamond folder
backup ue wallet.dat
overwrite ur local blockchain files with newest official chain backup

make sure ur diamond.conf contain this lines

It is a GPU farm, but currently not used due to high electricity bills.

I hope the DMD price finally rises as it should.

Give it some time, my guess is up to two months. Until stocks are depleted and people start slowly flocking in. We re going to have a great ride in front of us. Just keep mining/buying and hoarding. HAMSTER mentality rules, I hoard everything.

Strange things! In my big wallet minting increased a lot, but today everything is working as it was before. Apparently in the troubled days were few active large wallets.

My wallet shows a difficulty of 67 while Donkeypool and the blockchain are in the teens.  I just resynced my wallet for a second time.  What should I do?

In fact, my the difficulty I am seeing from my Wallet is bouncing back and forth between the teens and the 60s.   The explorer is showing a pretty constant diffulty in the high teens.
