Monero-economy.com has my support.

That "-" looks unappealing.
Do you mean you vote for moneroeconomy.com ? I need to know to update the list (or not)

Also, I added some recommendation on the list. About following links on voters and reading the latest posts on the MEW thread.

I mean the dash symbol( - ) between the word Monero and economy.

Oh, I didn't read your question adequately. I'm just a commenter, not going to vote on anything for any coin. Just giving an opinion.

Btw, I wonder why we have so much debate around this while we're still having a good old 90's monero.cc.
Talking about SEO and human perception of URLs while still having this content for the *official* website (and not that of a peripheral group) is funny Tongue

monero.cc is the home page of the open source project. It is pretty minimal and focuses on the basics: installation instructions, download links, etc. without much if any marketing.

The goal of an MEW web site is to represent the organization and serve as a vehicle to promote Monero adoption and the growth of the Monero economy.

Well I say keep the current domain  xmrmonero.com. I explain some of the SEO issues in this post. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=776479.msg10421955#msg10421955

Concerned that blockchain bloat will lead to centralization? Storing less than 4 GB of data once required the budget of a superpower and a warehouse full of punched cards. https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/87/IBM_card_storage.NARA.jpg https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Punched_card

A word on personality types and privacy. After last weeks slug fest on r/bitcoin, I've come to realize that many people think bitcoin can be anonymous if you follow best practices. The main problem with this mindset is that artisan personality types, those most likely to use bitcoin to break the law, are also more likely than any other personality type to take short-cuts and not follow best practices each and every time. Making bitcoin a poor choice for those who are most likely to want privacy.

If we apply personality types to privacy markets, it seems the solution that provides the most privacy in the easiest to use way will triumph over other solutions.

Dude, this thing aint gonna be a wallet. Its gonna be an account portal. I remember hearing (fireside chat maybe?) or maybe reading about the concept that "wallet" kinda doesn't make sense. But indeed, you're really just accessing your account thats cryptographically stored in the blockchain.

And this account portal is gonna blow any conventional wallet away. It's gonna be like logging into your standard bank account online, except this account is now your monero account!

(of course I have no idea, but yeah.)

Regarding 1 year anniversary, I like this video idea. Does anyone in the community do animations? Some type of animation that would mimic bitcoin.com's animation would be great.

I hope that viewkeys will finally work by then and I'll be able to check now and then my small amount on a paper wallet.
And maybe I'll keep some BTC from sig campaigns and buy even more XMR exactly in 18 April.

Dogecoin halvings and birthday used to be tipping partys on reddit. But I don't think that we (will) have a tipbot. Also the community on reddit is much much smaller.

I have about 5k Dollar to invest. Should i invest in Monero or Darkcoin?   Can Monero hit 100 Dollar per Coin?

Yes, Monero can hit 100$ per coin. You should invest in Monero.

In the moment i´m really happy that i have my 5k Dollars invest in Darkcoin ;-)

Darkcoin go up and Monero down!

When Monero is really better than Darkcoin why is then Monero at 23 cent´s??

When Monero hits 50 cent´s then i will invest another 3k Dollars in Monero, but at the moment... no no no

Marketing plus reuse of the Bitcoin architecture.

and the masternode demand. We should come up with something to artificially create demand for monero - "Now you have to hold 1000 XMR in order to get block rewards!!!"

but not really.

proof of stake nonsense.

moneros a long game.

The most popular proposals are moneroeconomy.com, monero-economy.com and monero-mew.com, all ex aequo.
Now if we consider only votes after the final list (some people updated their votes, some did not so we don't know if they decided to stick with their choice or did not know about the new options) then we have moneroeconomy.com, with 4 "updated" vote
(all the othe have less "updated" votes - the closest contender is xmrmonero.com with 2 votes or 3 if we consider that smooth, being active here, just did not change his mind.

Reminder: community voting is consultative only - see it as a "primary". Internal voting at MEW will decide.

and the masternode demand.
This is indeed a brilliant move marketing wise (even though it is catastrophic technically). You basically get extra marketers (masternode holders) and extra incentives (masternode revenue stream).

I think the reason is built from a lot of little things like:

In the moment i´m really happy that i have my 5k Dollars invest in Darkcoin ;-)

foxlink

there's a couple of these

but this would defeat the purpose of hiding the words in a love letter or something.
