Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Shit... It still in that state even if I keep Win7 brandmauer  disabled (as usual) and disable DrWEB's brandmauer. I have even changed DNS servers in my router and updated RouterOS on it...  Grin

What can block connections, and why only for bitmonerod?.. Mining on this PC is working well. Internet access is OK.  Huh

You might want to try to remove files poolstate.bin and p2pstate.bin from the bitmonero folder.
Try syncing again when you have deleted those files. Do not delete your wallet or keys file!

Who knows why Mintpal not add Monero?

Info here:

I don't know what the reason is but XMR market is currently disappeared in Mintpal after they launched Mintpal V2 today.
Did anybody ask them why ?
+1 the same question in my head )

Some member stated here that they got some problems adding non BTC-clones. NXT market isn't online as well.

Thanks! I was thinking about it... It started to synchronize after deleting of those files.  Wink

Just give it some time and monero will be added. Have some patience! Mintpal already had monero on their exchange, it will be back soon. Don't worry about it.

Anyone use minergate for mining? They reliable?

No. You will find lots of stale shares and bad overall pool efficiency at minergate.
You're far better off using http://dwarfpool.com/xmr  or http://monero.crypto-pool.fr

Is 2KH/s worth it? I found a calculator online and it shows 1.5 XMR per day at my KH. Is that even correct?

What do you mean by worth it? Mining has never been enormously profitable. You get some coins and you help secure the network. If you hold on to the coins, maybe, someday they could be worth something (but no guarantee).

Even back when people easily could mine hundreds of of BTC per day the BTC weren't worth anything. You had to hold on for years, and hope. Same thing going on here.

of course it's worth it. I look it like this: If I buy 10XMR a week, i'll get 10 XMR extra from mining. If your electricity costs dont kill you then it's profitable. Just hold onto your coins for a while - maybe 1 year, maybe more? who knows.
