Hi
Thanks for this very nice job ! I love this soft...

I've got a question, I would like to add my own fork of cgminer, but wants that "original fork" of minera are still listest in option...

In other works I would like having in setting board
-cpuminer
-bfgminer
-cgminer official
-cgminer zeux
-my own version...

If it's possible can explain me how ?

Olivier

this is great if possible.. i wanna contribute Cheesy

This is actually not possible cause the miners are hardcoded, so if you are in hurry, I can suggest to replace dmaxl fork with yours, keeping cgminer original as is.

Probably I could put miners config into the DB so it will be easy to add a new one. I just created a new issue here https://github.com/michelem09/minera/issues/115
Please put a +1 if you are interested.

I am having a problem with the pool switching. I have set Betarigs as the priority 0 pool and my p2pool node as priority 1. Whenever someone rents my rig and it is supposed to switch to priority 0 pool, it switches halfway. It seems to load balance between pool 0 and pool 1. It will not switch completely until I restart the miner and it sees the pool 0 is up and runs it. Any ideas?

seem to be having a problem with the dash i have read through most of the posts, doesn't seem to be a answer

running 3 gridseed blades 40 chips each so 6 in total, not getting any stats on the dashboard just the spinning refresh symbol.

got this stuck in --gc3355-freq=48DB5F6B3030:825:0,48EE706A3135:825:1,48EE86603135:825:2,48F5885E3336:825:3,48FB526A3336:825:4,48EF86493135:825:5

is registering the freq as 838 which is fine and dandy just the dashboard problem ...

is there or will there be a fix

still no wifi support?

You need to configure your Raspberry for Wifi, run this in a SSH terminal:

Code:
sudo wicd-curses

does anyone have the Rbox miner and have it running without issues? mine seems to run fine for a few hours and then stops communicating. i have to reboot minera to get it running again. even with the reboot function set at 12 hours and 6 hours; i still have issues. just wondering if anyone has a work around for it.

disregard my previous post. I guess my main answer now is when will minera be able to show temp for zeus miners?

I don't think Zeus miners have a temperature sensor, but if they have it, it's a miner software lack not a Minera one.

Can you see the miner log when they start having issues? That could be really helpful to find out what's happening.

Hello, I have been using Minera on a Raspberry Pi B+ for about 1 month.  I had version 0.3.6 originally, and now have 0.3.8.
I have had the following issue 2 times in the past month now, once in 0.3.6, and once in 0.3.8

I am using BFGMiner as my miner for 6 GAW Furies.  i am using the following command:
--set zus:chips=6 --set zus:freq=328 -d zus -S zus:all

The issue is that BFGMiner will stop working, and the miner will go into OFFLINE mode.  restarting the miner, restarting the pi, or unplugging and replugging in the Pi will not bring it back.  I can move to a new miner software in Minera (currently switched to cgdmaxlzeus) and it will start (if i give it the right commands).  Moving back to BFGMiner does NOT restart it, and BFGMiner's log will only show the last accepted share it submitted.
The first time this happened, i tried rebuilding BFGMiner through the console, and this did not work.  I had to reimage the SD card in my Pi (took it to 0.3.7, which then updated later that day to 0.3.8 ) to get BFGMiner to be able to successfully start again

I prefer BFGMiner (since its what i know), and am super confused as to why this is happening.

Suggestions?

Hello, version 0.3.8 should be fixed now, you can get the latest image file or just update your current one with this commands:

Code:
cd /var/www/minera
sudo git fetch --all
sudo git reset --hard origin/master
sudo ./upgrade_minera.sh

Thanks for the update!

You aren't running this on a raspberry, are you? You need to recompile cgminer dmaxl:

Code:
cd /var/www/minera
./build_miner.sh cgminer-dmaxl

My previous version got corrupted and I had to upgrade to the newest 0.3.8, now I get nothing. No log, no minerd running, tried bfgminer as well with the same effect. Tried updating, rebooting, and rebuilding the miner, got a "./autogen.sh: 8: ./autogen.sh: aclocal not found" error.

Did a manual install, because my SD card, 4GB, said it was too small and the "Auto" was corrupted.

Is there a way to roll back to a previous version through git pull.  I do 90% of this remotely.

Installed minera on my raspy, works good so far. I only have one problem:

Very often, a pool gets declared dead, although the pool works fine. Rebooting the system, restarting the miner, both doesn't help. Happens with many different pools.

What's the problem?
