Installed minera on my raspy, works good so far. I only have one problem:

Very often, a pool gets declared dead, although the pool works fine. Rebooting the system, restarting the miner, both doesn't help. Happens with many different pools.

What's the problem?

Have the same problem. One installation doesn't work with NiceHash, the other does.

You'll have to get the img on the sd card, then follow instructions as per somewhere in the last few pages of this topic on activating wifi.

i have seen the last few pages, but how can i SSH in a terminal to the raspberry if the wifi adapter does not work?, do i first have to connect it with a cable?

You'll have to set it up first, or connect a monitor/keyboard and work magic locally.

Hi, i have 5 gridseeds pots running with hashra controlla.
And i wanted to try this 1, like the graphics.
But i have a problem, it is that i can't change the settings, the preconfigured settings keep comming back, after i change it to my pool, after clicking on save and restart.
Do i need to do something else, before i can change it? It also upgraded to the newest version.
Thanks

After you make your settings, and hit save, it takes you down to the MobileMiner settings, clear the E-Mail name out and then save.

On the 1st page or the website, would it be possible to put information for miner "Extra options"

I am using CGMiner DMax and it is working fine for my Blizzards (and I love Minera) with:
--scrypt --scan-serial zeus:auto --zeus-chips 6 --zeus-clock 328 --no-submit-stale

A friend asked me to help her with the settings for BFGMiner and I told her to use:
--set zus:chips=6 --set zus:freq=328 -d zus -S zus:all
and it would not work.

She also tried to use the options from the DMax on CGMiner 4.x and it did not work. I do now know if they are different.

Any info would be helpful.

Thanks

The proper arguments for BFGMiner are:

Code:
--scrypt -S zus:all --set zus:chips=6 --set zus:clock=328

Hi, thanks that helped Smiley

But still have a problem, to get these pods working.
Which miner is best to use?
And which settings to use?

I've been struggling and searching forums trying get some help, I have a GAW Falcon and 3x GAW Furrys, I have them connected to my Rap. Pi with Minera 3.8 running using CGminer DMAX Zeus Fork.
I'm trying to achieve all 4 devices working together. I've been playing around with extra options and I can get the Furrys to has properly or I can get the Falcon to has properly, but not together.
Has anyone achieved this?

The closest I've come to getting them working "OK" is using this argument:

"--zeus-chips 6 --zeus-clock 340 --no-submit-stale --failover-only --failover-switch-delay 10"

But I'm sure there is a way to configure each USB device individually?

Multipool is reporting 29-30MHS which is pretty close, but the Minera Dashboard shows my Falcon bouncing all over the place 130MHs to 500MHs to 1GH

Please reply if you have suggestions!

You have to browse Minera from your browser: http://<your-minera-ip>/minera/

Login everywhere is minera/minera

Get Minera. Your next bitcoin mining dashboard. Donations are welcome

I am having a problem with Minera failing over to other pools. Sometimes it gets hung between pools. This happens when it is changing to a higher priority pool. Like from pool 3 to pool 1. I have to restart the miner to make it change pools.I am running a Rasp PI and ver 3.8.

I had this problem too, what I did was formatted the card and re-installed Minera on it, so far not 1 problem even when I switch pools.

Hope it helps.

Well, I guess it's time I update my Minera as my R-Pi running 3.5 will no longer stay running...the problems just started in the last 24 hours and no changes were made to my config or the miner. Just out of the blue!

I've been running Minera on 16 sets of Gridseeds for a while now and also am noticing a bit more problems than before.  Seems I have about 1 set per day that just goes offline, have to power cycle the set to get them back up.  This has been happening for about the last 2-3 weeks I would say, not too big of a deal as I try to monitor them closely anyways but definitely something a bit buggy with the latest releases it seems.

ok im getting a little pissed.... the donation is diabled, but yet it seems to activate and run...

pool: stratum+tcp://ca.simplemulti.com:3333

address: VqSPcvUXVc2tg9sFSKHS8kKGNNZXYTG5sx.2

and push everything else out.... and NO matter what i try or do it keeps popping back up, and pushing my pools and info out of the way.

getting really frustrated.

i dont remember this as the default donation pool or info, if its not, you need to check your git.
