Can anyone back up atcsecure's claims?

Who else is on the dev team?

be patient. either scam or legit, we will know sooon enough.

for the record, its either going to work or we will continue to code until it does.. or I run out of money or resources

but the linux wallet is working right?

we will see it now right?

linux wallet works, anon code needs more work

linux wallet with anon feature right?

then unleash it!

Not sure if this will happen, but if XC actually has a new way of doing anon without the flawed masternode idea, then it'll become a worthy coin for sure.

Good luck, I look forward to reading the code and possibly whitepaper if one is released.

What exactly is flawed about DRK's masternode idea?  I have not been following it closely.  Thanks in advance

Darkcoin's MasterNode has two issues that work in tandem to be a cause for concern; the nodes can be targeted for DDOS and it's possible for a bad actor to be a node.

If the good nodes are attacked the flow of traffic will increase towards bad actors.

What needs to be researched is the cost of the attack and what outcome do you want? For example attacking X amount of MasterNode with intent to devalue DarkCoin by showing it's weakness is easier than using that attack to unveil transactions.

Remember there are always different reasons why someone would attack DarkCoin. I'd imagine early attacks being proof of concept to warn people away from the technology.

Even the creator of CoinJoin (DarkCoin's fundamental tech) has said that the technology in Monero is superior in everyway, he doesn't understand why DarkCoin is where it is.

Take that for what it's worth.

Who else is on "the team" that you have referenced?  Have they chimed in on this thread?

there are now 3 other programmers and they are not on this forum

What kind of crypto programmers are not on bitcointalk?

For this tech you really need some mathematicians and cryptographers to create the algorithms that your programmers implement.

Is this the case here XC developers? Or are you going to create anon by hacking together some code? Please tell me your main release will be a white paper on your breakthrough?

Could you please release a more detailed statement (with estimated timelines)?  Yesterday, you said that the anon code was successfully tested working on testnet.  Thanks in advance

Yes, the dev's statements have been, at best, ambiguous and the ones over the last hour has caused problems for the markets - not great and has affected the coin's reputation.

You have 3 guys coding crypto and none are on BCT.... Undecided

I'm being fully transparent in REAL-TIME about whats going, that is the best I can do..  yes I hand selected the developers and so what if they are NOT On BCT? 1 of them has a PHD and just doesn't spend his time on forums....

we have made huge progress, however we have reached another hurdle/issue that requires more coding and testing

there is NO FUD

Fact 1.  Working linux w/ anon code

Fact 2.  Anon Code needs more work to meet criteria

Ok.  That's some bullshit.  Fully transparent would mean you have actually released ANY info WHATSOEVER on how you are implementing anonymous features.  And yes, 3
people with an interest and experience in crypto NOT being on BCT is strange. And no, degrees mean jack shit when it comes to coding skill. AND where are the "community members"
that you said helped on the testnet?

Just accurate would be good, there was certainly an implication in your earlier post that the anon worked......

there is a process in s/w development, and when we hit the issue today, we have to trace through the code to find the bug, how can I release a wallet with a bug in it?

I'd prefer statements like "It's done when it's done." This would prevent such pumps like we just had.
I mean when these guys you hired are experienced programmers they should know that there are always issues in the end. I'm out for the moment.
