Just stop with all this escrow talk. Keep your coins, control your funds and trust no one. If the community thinks it's a scam, they're wrong, and they'll realize they're wrong in a few weeks or months when the coin is still alive and games start to accept and the MMO development is fully underway. It doesn't matter what anyone thinks, the truth is what is important. Once they see that you are to be trusted, they'll stop thinking about escrow and start thinking about what they can do with the HYPER.
Thanks for the support leptoon. Having the 500 000 MMO development fund in the hands of a reputable escrow would probably be a good move though, in terms of HYPER gaining support in the wider crypto community sooner. I'm looking into some other legal options, whereby the fund can be maintained by someone who is under a contract of some kind. I was even considering asking Bittrex? To be honest it's a big responsibility for me to manage all 3 funds, so I've started warming to the idea of having someone else manage it. You should talk to busoni at Poloniex ( poloniex@gmail.com) about holding the development fund in escrow. It'll address the uncertainties around the pre-mine and lead to a listing on that exchange. Kill a few birds with one stone. The stink of the fund manager exercise still lingers. That needs to be quashed ASAP with a decisive and positive move.

I'm setting up a new wallet now to hold the 500 000 HYPER MMO dev fund temporarily, until the escrow issue can be resolved. I will update the thread when this is done. Then all 3 main HYPER funds will have been set up entirely transparent and ready to fund HYPER's projects, while we work on finding a highly regarded escrow such as Polo. Thanks again for the suggestion. EDIT: is there a bitcointalk account for Polo I can message too?

500 000 HYPER MMO Development Fund has been established with 500 000 K Hyper at this address: http://hyper.blockexplorer.cc/address/HGnkbSfCMKeXQCyZm9y4xsr6j1iAi4EPaUThe MMO Outreach Fund (for offering bounties to get HYPER accepted as an in-game currency in currently existing virtual worlds etc) has been established with 200 000 K HYPER at this address: http://hyper.blockexplorer.cc/address/HJCFQjBCapWiTQUiAZ66BVsdycFBK12AuzThe HYPER General Marketing Fund has been established with 150 K HYPER at this address: http://hyper.blockexplorer.cc/address/HUhjjQBqLCGFMYm9Umtk42jWQNDqS7caV4Deductions from all funds will only take place to pay people who are contributing to the objectives of the fund. The wallet will be opened daily, so coins can compound increasing the value of the fund. Fund activity for all funds will be entirely transparent via the HYPER blockchainThe 500 000 K HYPER MMO development fund may well end up in the hands of a reputable escrow if the community demands it. Still waiting to hear back from a few people including Poloniex. This leaves 386 000 HYPER left for critical bounties like a multipool and giveaways, to get HYPER back into the stratosphere. At a later date, any HYPER left over from bounties, will be rolled back into the other funds. There is a lot of exciting news in the pipeline regarding HYPER, and I'll post a bigger update tomorrow ~HYPERfuture

You can always contact him or other Poloniex staff members on their IRC channel. #poloniextraders on freenode My vote is a HUGE NO in regards to busoni and poloniex. He has lost coins in the past (which still have not been fully compensated), he is very slow to respond to many issues (will literally have tickets finally closed weeks later after no response), multiple issues in regards to deposits/withdrawals on a regular basis. Plus the trollbox mods when it comes to actually knowing anything about what is going on internally are clueless. Deposit confirms are always multiple blocks behind the actual chain and that is blamed on the chain Hate to come off this way, but it is the truth. Exchanges charge for a service and need to start asking how high when we, the customer, say jump. Bittrex is better to the extent that they have not lost any money, but there are other issues they do not want to face and again blame the blockchain or coin for withdrawals from bittrex of multiple different fast altcoins literally taking an hour to get on the chain, yet every other exchange, when withdrawing, these coins are on the chain the next block. So overall they both leave a bad taste in my mouth, but at least bittrex has not lost money and richie of bittrex has his face and career out there, so that says a lot. My vote is richie at bittrex, if you go that route, because even if I am getting bent over at least he responds. And to top it off, he was the first larger exchange to add you. I would try keep it at one larger exchange until you feel the price is within the area you want and stabilized for a some time before addition to a new exchange.

The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State BlockNet can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State BlockNet to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State BlockNet.” - Joseph Goebbels

Thanks for the suggestions lee. I've now contacted both Polo and Bittrex regarding possible escrowing of the core 500 000 HYPER MMO Development fund. Time for a HYPER update! All 3 core HYPER funds for marketing and MMO Development are now set up: 500 000 HYPER MMO Development Fund (to fund the development of the HYPER space based MMO) has been established with 500 000 K Hyper at this address: http://hyper.blockexplorer.cc/address/HGnkbSfCMKeXQCyZm9y4xsr6j1iAi4EPaUThe MMO Outreach Fund (for offering bounties to get HYPER accepted as an in-game currency in currently existing virtual worlds etc) has been established with 200 000 K HYPER at this address: http://hyper.blockexplorer.cc/address/HJCFQjBCapWiTQUiAZ66BVsdycFBK12AuzThe HYPER General Marketing Fund has been established with 150 K HYPER at this address: http://hyper.blockexplorer.cc/address/HUhjjQBqLCGFMYm9Umtk42jWQNDqS7caV4Deductions from all funds will only take place to pay people who are contributing to the objectives of the fund. The wallet will be opened daily, so coins can compound increasing the value of the fund. Fund activity for all funds will be entirely transparent via the HYPER blockchainI should have some cool updates regarding the MMO development very soon as well Also, as of now there are 60 000 HYPER for sale to raise BTC funds for the market stabilization fund. HYPER must be purchased in lots of 10 000 or more. All BTC will be used for the Market Stabilization Fund to keep HYPER price stable and most importantly growing! We can also use an escrow of your choice for the trade if you wish - prices will be the last ASK price on Bittrex. So if anyone is looking to buy a fair amount of HYPER and doesn't want to buy up the order book on Bittrex, and wants to help HYPER grow, please post in this thread or PM me! For those of you that missed it HYPER has been on Yahoo Finance twice in the last week: https://finance.yahoo.com/news/cryptocurrency-hyper-sponsoring-space-mmo-161300553.html http://finance.yahoo.com/news/bitcoin-alternative-hyper-funding-mmo-050200982.htmlHere is another great article by a HYPER fan that really captures what HYPER is about: http://cryptosailor.com/introducing-hyper/We also have a sexy new HYPER OP post design (thanks leptoon!): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=624651.0Multipool Bounty is a BIG priority so if anyone knows anyone who would be interested please let us know! The first HYPER Multipool up gets a whopping 20 000 HYPER bounty, and the second Multipool gets a 10K HYPER bounty.EDIT: forgot about the Reddit! Don't forget to subscribe and post awesome HYPER update stuff here: http://www.reddit.com/r/hypercrypto/Heaps more coming soon guys
