Let's see how it goes. The market has moved on in the past week. Pinkcoin, for instance, seems to have working tested anon. Cinni and Talkcoin have working messaging. Not sure if Cloak is real, I think I am sure Cryptcoin is a scam. Darkcoin, despite major issues, holds the crown. How will XC's solution dominate over all the others and be so superior that investors will ignore everything else and park their money here?

As I indicated, v1.36 was just for testing,
v1.37 will be released tonight, it will require 100 XC's to be an XNode
Also the Encrypted Messaging beta could be released for testing by the end of the week...stay tuned

don't know if you have seen this, it doesn't really answer your question, the dev has it all planned out from what i have gatherd, but it might give you an idea of future plans. From the XC forums under 'Announcements'. Future Plans: • Finalize Business Plan. • Identify key market potential opportunities. • Market analysis for high growth opportunities. • XC Foundation • Structured Corporate Entity. • Android Wallet • Release REV2 • REV2 is a major upgrade to the system, using the existing REV1 code. It will support a decentralized, learning trust system and be not only be anonymous, but have protection against various attack vectors. • Following REV2 release, wallet improvements, working today's the 'Retail Market Space' and Point of Sales and ATM's. A cost separate analysis will be done on this. • Wallet Updates to include: Encrypted instant messaging, encrypted IRC style communications. • Wallet updates to support new applications. (Will update further on this.) • Completing the Android wallet with the mobile solution mentioned above. • That is the current high level plan, I will create a more formal way to present this and to keep it updated so that is available 24/7. No-one wants to deal with Pinkcoin. As an investor, I really really don't want to put money there. I like XC or Dark (sorry). You all seems more businesslike, etc. But I have to put money with the winner despite a forum full of chicks in pink hotpants and other non-serious crap. Pink is only one who doesn't have their anon bracketed with "soon", "will", "after the next release" etc. They say it works and it has been tested. Their forum is almost troll free I guess because there isn't anything for the trolls to feed on. There was one guy who brute forced it the way that poster did to XC a while back. Other than that, their stuff seems solid. I am not a Pinkcoin fanboy. I just want to hear serious non-trollish people over here tell me why Pinkcoin is bullshit. I've posted on other forums and never gotten an answer maybe because people think it is just obviously a scam or something and never really investigated. I have a good chunk of cash ready to invest and all I care about is ROI and whose tech is better. Remember than move where the silly blond blond bimbo graduates 1st at Harvard even though no-one takes her seriously? To do this the stake interest (3.33% year) should be less than the xnode transaction fee.. so people would naturally want to become xnode over staking as xnode fee would provide more gains. |
