Well done Synechist on a very well written press release. A question regarding the shares:

If someone buys 100,000 shares they own 1% of Blocknet Inc if all shares are sold. If, however, not all the shares are sold does that percentage increase? I'm assuming yes but just checking...

Thanks :-)

Yes it would increase the percentage.

Will dividends will be paid in Btc, Fiat, or in the coin the shares were purchased with?

Remember you can also use XC for the XC Inc. ITO in Q1 2015.

I'll probably save my XC and get Blocknet shares with other coins.

You should be able to receive them in any fee through the decentralised exchange.

Not fiat though.

This is actually a big concern for me. Where is the 2500 BTC going to come from? Will XC holders start dumping to buy shares? I understand that the coins involved all have a community, but XC is by far the biggest. So I am a little worried that XC may take a hit. Any opinions to quell my fears is appreciated.

Not all 2500 BTC will be needed. They will offer ITO until incoming funds run out (to my understanding). So if 100 BTC comes in, then that's it.

If XC is spent, its price won't decrease at all.

People won't sell XC for BTC. They'll sell XC for Blocknet tokens.

Paying in XC offers a 10% discount so no one should sell XC for BTC to invest, they would do the opposite to acquire more shares.

What privileges do participating coins have for being a member of the Foundations board? is it just voting rights or do they get some of the profits?

Oh I didn't know that you get a 10% discount from using XC to buy shares...Was going to use XC anyway to get the shares.

In my opinion, long time XC holders should get some free Blocknet during the ITO.

this. I mean is there ANY way to know RIGHT NOW what we should buy Sad

OFC its helpful to remind you that you get 1 XC ITO share for every 10 XC you declare you own at the XC ITO time, anyway.

Yeah i had same thoughts but , buying blocknet ITO now with xc, 10% discount, XC a a low point so easy reentry to buy up some more, and with the Xinc ITO you get "tokens" for proof of holding, you don't need to spend the coins, just show you have them

In my opinion, long time XC holders should get some free Blocknet during the ITO.

that would require XC to be in "ownership" of of blocknet , and give them special privileges which would be completely unfair and be completely against what they are actually building

I'm a long time XC holder and I disagree. The Blocknet shouldn't favour any particular coin or it completely contradicts its purpose - i.e. being a truly democratic, non-centered project. That's the big advantage it has over supernet.

So Is XC helping Blocknet or Blocknet helping XC?
