Compared to other coins, START has an amazing amount of infrastructure and promotional support behind it. It's not just some pump and dump coin with sketchy anonymous devs. It's not going to tank. I don't know who the START whales are, but I'm pretty sure they're behind the disappearing support and the large sell walls. It all just reeks of accumulation.

I agree, but I don`t quite get the strategy. It is supposed to be a coin for the masses, isn`t it? Does not inspire confidence if it tanks...and tank it did or how would you call a +50% drop from the ATH?

Little pussy proposes a bet and then backs away?  You're fucking pathetic.

Cmon' vag, step up.

go back to your CIRC scam, clown. I've already posted in that thread. stop creating newbie account and following me around. It ain't my fault that no one is buying that scam and volume is dying.

I didn't recommend buying at the ATH. I recommended buying at 36k.

I do find it annoying that someone with as much money as the people behind this coin can't do something as simple as put in a buy wall to inspire confidence.

they were doing it, they must have a reason to let it fall down like this. But the pattern of overall market performance suggest that START can go really low before next pump. Optimistic view is that they give chance to little guys to buy in, but Im not an optimist Cheesy

I didn't recommend buying at the ATH. I recommended buying at 36k.

I do find it annoying that someone with as much money as the people behind this coin can't do something as simple as put in a buy wall to inspire confidence.

Same thing I was going to say lol.  I would guess it was the dev or whatever START related team behind this recent pump.  I mean there could have been an external factor/team doing it but give the volume of START, i doubt it.

But yeah you'd think a supposed "serious" coin would just remain steady at that higher 60k+ range..or go higher.  In addition to having a big btc wall at like 50k, or even 35k at least.  But aaaassssssss usual it's just a pump like any other shitcoin and now again we have bagholders.  Hopefully START makes a move in the coming weeks or 1-2 months, otherwise it prob won't see that price until xmas time haha, but who the hell knows with this "industry".

I'd guess 30k is a decent buy in now, but I recall being in at like 17-19k range Cheesy - the way things are going it's heading back there now!  pfft lol

lol wut. who the fck are THEY? your mommy and daddy?

they are people manipulating market.

it's one person manipulating it ever since someone bought 40 BTC worth all the way till 79k. Put 1 BTC buy order and it'll start going up. It's good chance to get some cheap coins IMHO.

startfund is raising good money and still have 58 more days left so I'm hoping for some good fcking pump in few weeks..I was hoping for this week but oh well...we still have 3 more days left till weekend (that's when it gets slow normally)

https://bnktothefuture.com/pitches/2215/_smbs-startcoin-mining-backed-securities-fund.html

when THEY come they'll just buy chunk in one shot without caring about price like last time so if you don't have any you might wake up one morning and find out you've missed the boat. I was actually very surprised since it's rare to see that many btc thrown in one shot. Max and party can't take the risk of letting it go down too low because it can shake good investors..I'm pretty sure they're trying to turn into huge project and $5 is something easy to reach by the end of this year (hopefully)

people are using statrjoin for their project left and right and this could get huge it's just the matter of time. Think of it this way...some great project gets posted on Startjoin and attract one big investor (he'll throw 100 btc in one shot and price will easily get above 100k and those who're taking risk of buying low selling high for penny profits will end up missing the train).

Well, one thing that bothers me is the site says you can use BTC or credit cards. You don't even need to buy StartCoin to support projects, unless I'm reading it wrong.

it'll be converted to Startcoin at the end of the project (once they reach their goal) and dividends will be paid using those startcoin..so yeah..you'r talking about one shot big buy. Looking at how fast it's raising money I won't be surprised if it reaches its goal by next week.

it's barely 2 btc till 40k (most of them are probably fake sell orders)..so it's really nothing just manipulation by buying/selling it to onseself.

That just doesn't make sense to me. They're raising money to pay for mining equipment, right? Doesn't that mean they need to SELL their coins to get BTC and then USD or EUR or whatever?

unusualfacts30, If I understand recent developments correctly, startfund is not the same as the SMBS mining asset on banktothefuture.  Startfund is Karl Gray's project that he does not appear to have or be soliciting investors for.  Information on startfund is vague.  Karl has stated the 20 million fund will buy startcoin and use it to fund several projects a month on startjoin.  Apparently this fund also invests in other things like netflix see twitter, https://twitter.com/start_fund_io

Think of it this way...some great project gets posted on Startjoin and attract one big investor (he'll throw 100 btc in one shot and price will easily get above 100k and those who're taking risk of buying low selling high for penny profits will end up missing the train).

unusualfacts30, If I understand recent developments correctly, startfund is not the same as the SMBS mining asset on banktothefuture.

Karl Gray is  MEGA whale and if he is soliciting investors he won't be posting about it on twitter. I wish I could see his plans but really there is no way to tell who he is talking to but this project is very big than it appears to be imho.

If he posts about "big investors" on twitter he'll be hurting his own investment before project is over. Lets assume price is supposedly has to reach $1 once this project is over..if Karl starts telling people that "Donald Trump" is invested in START people will go crazy and he won't have time to buy cheapcoins.

from investor point of view that's very smart move but god knows what he is doing I'm just making a wild guess.

not to mention startciti that'll be using startcoin as its official currency.
