...silent on topic..
i hope before new excellent news
silent before storm >>>>>
DGEX is wiggled, propably because of that. All coins are blocked there... I have placed also nemstake order to nxt ea and it is already 24 hours "pending". Can`t buy anything. Poblem in nxt? ? you must update your client. https://nxtforum.org/nrs-releases/nrs-v1-4-8/msg147767/#newThanks for the advice.Trading is working now, but dgex is still wiggled. Already more than a week. Do not put your money there now.. Sorry guys, but what you mean about dgex? is dgex dying? (I have some money there... problem with withdrawal?) you will get better info if you ask over on nxtforum.org The site owner (Graviton) seems to be having some technical problems with the updated NXT client: http://nxtforum.org/index.php?topic=7298DGEX has had some trouble with both the NXT 1.4 series and Mofo Wallet, affecting processing of most NXT withdrawals during the past week. This is expected to be resolved with the update to the recent NXT 1.4.7. Then... 1.4.7 seemed to work well until the first payment, a manually paid withdrawal of 349119 NXT showed up twice in the UI without any sensible reason. I closed the server immediately, as of now it seems the payments were fortunately not included in blocks. It seems the local clock was wrong, not sure how this could cause such a frightening situation. Other than that, no, but not sure when we dare to try again The site is up from here, but there is no trading data and error messages keep popping up since the site's wallet has been disconnected and is probably offline. Thank You very much for explanation DGEX seems to be in order now. Withdraw is working etc.

I hate to throw a curve-ball, but I feel like we are seeing the same names over and over, the same people praising, and the same people complaining. I really think we are losing steam with new people adopting this coin. Are we waiting on launch to start more marketing/advertising?
The problem is called Telegram. 90% of active nemsters hangout in our group there. No, the problem is NEM isn't a real coin, after months and months of promises. That's why people are losing / have lost interest in this project.

Part of this chart is wrong or outdated ! it's been out a while.. They are Stillnetworking on it though.. What do you see wrong with it? From a quick glimpse : Bitshares block time is 10 second (it say 5 min) Bitshares recommended block confirmation should be more than 1 Bitshares market pegged asset is done.

You must mean nemstake, in which case, isn't it obvious most people have redeemed their stakes and await the full release? Nemstake see's less trading because there's simply less Nemstake to trade. Besides, its clear to see for anyone who's following this project that the activity is at the NEM forums as well as on Telegram chats.

I'm not even a stakeholder but I can see this is a sleeping giant. There is not other crypto project ever that have been developed so methodically over an extended period with a full featured beta. I am just waiting for NEM to hit the exchanges and buy on the expected initial weak hands dump.

Some people are a little hesitant about a crypto like NEM being written in Java. The reasoning behind this is Bitcoin is written mostly in C++ and it has been tested over and over and therefore the proven standard. But is C++ really the best language? The answer is no doubt subjective, but if you can examine this chart below from wired.com of projects on Github, it is clear according to the criterion in the chart that Java is actually the leading programming language.

Again Ripple marked as not decentralized. Why is Bitshares marked as decentralized ? Aren't they using DPOS ? That about as decentralized as Ripple i.e. not every node is doing the validation.

The Cryptoscene isn't used to things being done in the right order and postponed if necessary. Ideal crypto workflows according to 90% of crypto people: clone -> mine -> dump -> dead fork -> mine -> dump -> dead right from scratch -> release way to early -> fix bugs -> fix bugs -> get the darn thing operation at all -> ? Most of the discussion from active nemsters is happenign on telegram now. If you want to join the group there plz pm makoto1337. Also go to forum.nemcoin.com and register. Btt is mostly a dump of unapreciating asshats and scamers so naturally many projects are moving away from it as much as possible.

+1, I am going to say that Ripple needs to be classified as "distributed". It isn't like I can just download a program and become a delegate today. That isn't really decentralization. Bitshares is controlled and monitored distributed software. Edit: I just noticed on the chart is has an "x" by decentralization for Bitshares.
