i saw it... And now i cant find my jaw... Think it hit the ground and rolled under the couch... That is an account that buys up lots of different assets that are expected to go up and then it sells later for a profit. It is run by a big player in the NXT community. |

Other coins are always saying they will release their code and don't. Today I am very proud of NEM.
I hope it attracts some killed people to help work on the project. The community supporting the core-devs in developing NCC would give the core-devs more time to work on NIS. I also hope it shut's up the nay-sayers  |

NIS obfuscated. :-) Actually it would be possible to make a clone even at this stage, but there are few issues: - I do not expect any clone maker to buy certificate, so distributing via webstart is not an option,
- You wouldn't be able to modify any NIS code (at least not easily - I am thinking about direct binary modification, which is possible with some tools, but way too troublesome),
- Because of above, doing updates would be quite troublesome for clone-maker,
- Doing any third-party tools would be quite complicated,
- Clone-maker can't be sure whether there are traps for clone-makers or not.

There is a new mandatory build as announced by Jaguar here: http://forum.nemcoin.com/index.php?topic=2230.msg4235#msg4235And if you have problems running it, look at Gimer's comments below. And by the way, the first batch of NCC translated clients are out now, with 5 more languages. Click on Settings at the bottom right panel. More to come in the next release. For native speakers, please verify if the translations make sense. As not all are literate in your language, it would be good if you "look after" them and make sure they fit your community. Go get it my fellow Nemsters! |

NCC is now OPEN SOURCE!!! Thanks to everyone who worked to make this possible! We are looking forward to getting the community involved and accepting their pull requests. For some additional context, NEM is comprised of three code packages: - NCC - now open source
- NEMCORE - unobfuscated with published JavaDoc
- NIS - obfuscated for now
