I tried using the v2 trader and it instantly crashes on me when I try to open it... Any idea's?

Are you trying to use it on a Windows box or a *nix (including Mac) one?

Macs after about 10.7 definitely don't like it. Works for me on a VirtualBox hosting Windows 7 though.

I'm using it on a Windows 7 VM (VMWare Fusion) on OSX Yosemite.

Anyone have any idea's?

Hmm... I'm on Mavericks 10.9.5 with VirtualBox 4.3.16, VM allowed 3072Mb RAM, 2 Processors @85%, VT-x/AMD-V, Nested Paging. Haven't had any problems with Trader 2.1.1.6 with that configuration.

Edit: Just making sure, you have installed .Net 4.5 into your 'doze 7, right? If not: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653

gnosis dev > qtl dev
 Lips sealed
On what basis? Let's see who gets arb out first, and then we will know who the better dev is.
I have a feeling MarKus will be the one saying, "You can't touch this! and Too legit to quit!"

I think the quality will matter most.  I don't know anything about  gnosis.

I'll fill you in since this idiot came here to spam.

Gnosis is a shitcoin by a copy and paste dev named Sevith who has spammed countless IRC channels with retardedness for months.  His only "innovation" is a trade app that is far inferior to yours Markus.  Keep on, keeping on.

I'll double check the .Net, but yeah I can't see any reason for it not to run.

It was the .Net. Re-installed it and now it starts...

Thanks!

Some other question, can the QTL exist, but on orders?

The reason I ask, as I have QTL on my pools and they automatically get sent and exchanged into BTC. If I put my 1000 on there, it would only be matter of a few mins and they'd get sold... I don't use CEX though, how come I can't place them there?

Not quite sure what you're asking... you mean to meet the 3,000 QTL balance to unlock all the features in Quatloo Trader2?

If you have accounts at either Bittrex, Poloniex or both you can send your QTL to your deposit wallets on the exchanges and just hold them (not offer them at any ask price) for as long as you like.

right ok... darn. Yes, I was asking if the balance could be "on order" even if it was a ridiculous order that would never be filled. So my other automated scripts, which send and exchange coins automaticly would not sell off my QTL...

How come CEX can't be used to hold coins?

Not sure if this is possible with the trader app yet, can't seem to do it...

But is there a way to buy up the order book with all BTC in your account?

Or even, with a rate put in, the ability to click on your BTC balance and your buy/sell amount is calculated automatically?

Requested feature but not available in v2.1, might be in v2.2 but we won't know till it's released. See https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=711966.msg9134400#msg9134400

BTW, I think Trader-related posts and queries should be on https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=711966.0 where you might get quicker and far more knowledgeable responses than mine Smiley

On the 5th I was buying for less than 5.5K sat, now it's 8K and probably going to rise as people who wish to use the soon-to-be-released Quatloo Trader v2.2 find they need 10K QTL to use it and up to 20K soon for all the new features.

I'd have to say the immediate future looks very bright.

I'm going to be accumulating 10,000 over the next 24 hours. Quatloo went upwards of 30,000 Satoshi before the auto arbitration features - drooling to think how high it will go upon release and once words spreads via the whales over twitter Tongue

hehe I bit the bullet and just bought up the book to 9200 earlier - Really liking the look of things - 8 hours later and not only has the buy side strengthened but there are fewer and fewer people willing to sell under 10,000 Sat. Great to see a bit of common sense ;-)

Not enough coins for all of us daytraders to get enough QTL to get the auto arb features = Price goes up and will keep going up. Simple as that.

You're right there, i'm holding just over 21,000 looking at the current price need to spend roughly just over 1 btc top up to 30,000 and that would push the price up into the 14's and that's just me.

Would be interesting to know just how many coins people require to reach that either 20,000 or 30,000 that's if everybody wants to use all the features of course.

For me, I'm waiting to find out exactly what extra features I will get for 30,000 coins (lotta cheese to fork over) however, if the features will assist me in making money I will buy the fuck out of that order book in the blink of an eye Tongue I won't have the time to daytrade next year so anything that will do it for me - and do it profitably - is worth a couple of BTC.

Just need to know what the features are now - bet im not the only one waiting for the next announcement either hehe
