Looks like the same times as mine.  There was another member that had his order stuck for about 3 days until it departed China, never had anything like this with my S1 orders. What's your expected delivery?

my two B1 units have also been stuck in China same as you guys.

Late on Saturday they said they would be delivered on Monday, but
within hours that had changed to Wednesday.

Usually I could order S1's  Saturday and they would be delivered
here in Melbourne on Monday, two days later, it was amazing service.

Seems we must have missed the flight this time, I could understand
maybe one day, but two days is a bit much, UPS must not fly from
China on a Sunday

I have had other UPS deliveries arrive a day earlier than scheduled
but seeing as though they have not moved at all, I doubt we will
get these ones tomorrow, fingers Xed for Wednesday

Just an FYI,

I placed a batch 3 order, order placed on July 8 for two units.  I live on the east coast of the US.
Just got the myUPS email saying it would be delivered on Wednesday, 7/23. I released the orders for delivery without physical signature.  
Crossing my fingers!

I was notified early Sunday morning, 20/07/2014 that my units had been shipped and given the UPS tracking number.  Since then, a day and a half, my packages have so far only been given a shipping label but according to the UPS tracking site:

"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."

So my order is also halted!  Anyone know why no orders are now moving?

There is something strange going with these delays.  Have someone at customs developed an appetite for BTC mining, or expectations for kickbacks?

I expect no movement on a Sunday, but unclear why Monday is gone without progress.

Well at least you used paypal... They tend to side with buyer in this case.

so should I just file a dispute now ? Wont they just try to contact the seller who will say, they item is not for sale until 30/7 so wait ?

damn I feel bit foolish now !

If you check the address they provide on their "Contact Us" page its to a trucking company.

UPS website just updated my shipping status with these two items:
    07/21/2014    8:19 P.M.    Your shipment was not processed by brokerage and has not cleared customs. This has caused a delay. / Your package was released by the clearing agency.

Still says it will deliver tomorrow but I find that hard to believe now.

Most likely Bitmain overloaded the local UPS/customs facility with their pile of S3s on the 19th, my DHL order was processed just fine and is now in Hong Kong.

He might not be scammed. Just because it is a Trucking Company does not mean its a scam. I own an electrical supply company and sell other things as well. The owner may be into bitcoin and bought miners to resell to make some more money. I would contact them. Anyway you have like 30 or maybe even up to 90 days to dispute the charges. Dont just do a dispute, try to contact them and find out first. I had a guy buy from my one site once and because his order did not get to him in 3 days he disputed the charge. I sent the item and he got it on day 5. So I got screwed. He got my stuff and my money.
Dont just assume its a scam. You could be just causing problems for an honest seller. I am not saying that he is honest for sure but make sure you look into it first.

The website is set up as if its Bitmain, all comments and descriptions are word for word from bitmain, the name of the site is bitmainantminer, it is selling batch 4 S3's if its not a scam it is very scary looking like a scam, there is NO mention that it is a reseller of any imagination on the site.

did you use a credit card with PayPal? I only use my Discover Card with PayPal. You can then stop payment thru the credit card and not rely on PayPal which can be slow to react.
 

too late, it was already charged to my card.

I am just surprised nobody picked up that this would be a scam (thats if it is a scam but of course I dont want to be in denial!).

There was a warning about this fake site weeks ago, probably should have made it a sticky.
