Hi Patrike or any awesome AM users,

We want to do the following, how do I get started?

Miner: Baikal G28

MON-FRI: Profit switching multi-algo at ZPOOL for 18 hours, then mining only GRS at Suprnova for the remaining 6 hours of the day.
SAT-SUN: Renting multi-algo at Nicehash for 18 hours, then to ZPOOL profit switching multi-algo for the remaining 6 hours.

Can I achieve this using AM scripting etc.

Thanks

If I provided you good and useful info or just a smile to your day, consider sending me merit points to further validate this Bitcointalk account ~ useful for future account recovery...

Patrike, in mining history, are the periods of

You could consider adding 3 days, to have reliable data without having to wait for 7 days

Is it possible to run awesome miner in a docker container, so I don’t have to have a dedicated machine to monitor my Antminers.
I've never tested running Awesome Miner in a docker environment so unfortunately I don't have an answer to this. The Awesome Miner main application is a Windows desktop application and they are in general not working well in containers.

Hello. Yes, you can use the rules in Awesome Miner to setup a schedule like you suggest.

It will be multiple rules and each rule will use the Time Trigger and then one or more actions. You can see a similar concept "Example: Change mining pool three times per day" here:
https://support.awesomeminer.com/support/solutions/articles/35000085907-rules-detect-mining-issues-and-automate-tasks

One way to solve this would be to use three Profit Profiles (one that favors Nicehash, another one for Zpool and a third for GRS), and then use the Rule Action called Apply Profit Profile to control what the profit switcher should select between.

The plan is to have a custom button where you can set any period of time. It will be added in one of the next few releases.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Are there only a few specific coins that are incorrect on Coincalculators? Any example?

I've looked a bit at CoinMarketCap not long ago and they lack some coin information like block reward and difficulty, making it impossible to calculate the profitability of mining. I will however keep an eye on this one as it could be a candidate for support in the future.

  - The Benchmark dialog allows configuration of if disabled algorithms should be part of the benchmark
  - Added additional mining algorithms
 Features
  - New Mining History feature to give easy access to information about recent mining activities including mining properties like software, coins and pools. Requires Premium Edition or above, except for the data representing the last 15 minutes.

There is a fake site with the same name with .info at the end.

Those downloads contains WIN32:CoinThief-A [Trj] - dllhostwin.exe, IPD:Generic.8f004ac699ea.3.2 - AwesomeMiner.exe in a .zip file.
Thanks for sharing this information. There have been fake sites in the past as well.

They should however all rank very low on Google so the only way to end up there is to follow a malicious link posted by someone.

Is there a way to use Rules to be notified when a Pool Group reaches a profit value?

Please Shit to Mine
Now we have an added problem. @Shootaa the creator of the extension of AW CU, is slow to update, nor is it required to do so.

Now almost no currency added by AW CU reads the difficulties, because the Explorers scrytps have been updated and the Scrape does not do well. This has me very upset, because I have about 100 coins with 0.0 hash, and many appear to me as profitable when they are not.

In the future AW should do something like AW CU, scrape Exchanges, scrape different types of Explorer, and give the freedom to add coins that are not in the current sources.

To a large degree. Shit to Mine could help to have more coins without depending so much on AW CU, although I hope they finish it updating

Sorry, problem solved: - New setting to force CUDA device order to follow the GPU PCI Bus ID. In case of mixed nVidia GPU models in the same system, this can resolve issues to the GPU selection order.
Thank you, all that is written below is no longer relevant.

I use gminer and I've only encountered problems with RTX.

I have one of the rigs with 1070 and 1060, and the error you indicate does not happen to me.

If there is still a problem, it is not from Awesome miner, it is from the miner himself and we will have to wait for an update. Do not blame this program for the faults of a specific miner.

How can I fix the problem of choosing a GPU?

20181129 07:40:06 WARN: GPU #2: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 Ti, intensity set to 20

Intensity too high for 1050, well for 1080. That's the problem.

reduce the intensity of the rig. You always have to adapt to the less powerful card. This happens even between the same range for example 1080ti when you have each one of a brand, always the OC marks the weakest card.

Patrike, I see the problem with autostart after power fail. Awesome miner did not start while it was set to start automatically with windows. It always works well, but not after power fail. 2 rigs - same problem. There is something wrong with this in version 6.

UPD: I saw Awesome Miner starts with Windows, but it closes itself after several seconds without any error message...

UPD2: I created a task to start awesome miner if it is not running. This task makes awesome miner to start, but it also closes with no reason after several seconds... If start it manually by mouse click it works without closing.

Any thoughts?

After stopping mining, the gminer continues to work.
This problem is present if Hide Window is set in the settings of the Environment.
Please fix the bug
Thank.

This problem is in an awesome miner. The problem is when the miner window is hidden. When the miner window is visible, everything works correctly.
Awesome miner does not give a command or does not give the correct command to turn off Gminer.

I've found the issue that could cause Awesome Miner to shutdown shortly after starting. There will be a 6.0.1 release available very soon.
