That is both amazing and also terrible. 10 bitcoin is better than nothing so there is really no point of complaining about the amount and consider it a luck since you will be getting free 10 bitcoin shared among the players who gamble there.

Moreover, considering how many people bet on something like superbowl which is probably one of the most gambled match in the sportsbook world (probably the biggest) and how many people gamble on nitrogen sport, that 10 bitcoin will drop down to something quite insignificant and small when shared among everyone betting there. Lol they made it right i have like .01 btc I am obviously not abusing the max bet. I was pssed my acct was shut down for 3 days. I have an acct with 2fa i do not need 2. I sent screenshots of proof that they froze accounts simply because i could not transfer to him I withdrew to his wallet. Thus showing redflags they locked both accounts so i guess if you are sending btc to someone who is going to play on Nitrogen sports. Make sure the wallet u send to has not been tied to Nitrogen sports in ANY way or expect atleast a 3 day lock on your acct!

Anyways nitrogen made it right i still cannot transfer to my brother so in order to send him BTC to play with I have to send to a wallet not used on nitrogen ever, then send to him. So i have to do 2 transactions just to send to him lol. Its all good thanks for makong it right nitrogen. I am still not very happy about transfers but thanks for making it right!

Yegads, it isn't about this at all. You miss the point. Nobody is saying it's right to multi-account.

But, it is 100% wrong in any case, no matter what, for a casino to steal/confiscate deposits of a person, especially when it's Bitcoin. Even if they have a lot of evidence (not really proof even) that the depositor is a multi or whatever, they can ban the IP, lock the account, confiscate winnings 100% I agree. But never to steal funds.

It's just something the community doesn't like. It's called stealing.

Sometimes multi-accouting isn't multi-accounting.
For ex. dynamic cell phone IPs.

This is a bug that allows some bookies (such as sportsbet, etc.) steal money. Course, this breach T&C but who use large amounts of crypto with static IPs..?

I agree with the two of you above. It's never right to steal funds because of a multi-accounting accusation. Multi-accounts to circumvent limits or play at the same poker table is different than an accusation of multi-accounting for what isn't an unfair advantage.

Sportsbet.io has broken their own t&c.

I requested a self exclusion back 7-7-2018 for permanent and they lifted my self exclusion when I asked them to on 4-8-2018. After this I lost alot of money which they do not want to return. But I read on askgamblers alot of people with the same cases where people were permantely banned and unbanned after they got their money back. I cannot report sportsbet because they are not listed on askgamblers and their regulator curacao e gaming never gets back to me. I battled this with them back and forward because I had lost alot of money ever since they had unblock my permanent ban and they keep on giving me the excuse that because my permanent ban was assisted on me wanting it because of bonus issues and not because of gambling problems, they decided to lift the ban. This is a unbelieveable excuse not to pay back my funds right because I have seen a dozen of complaints on askgamblers regarding this where casino's would lift self exclusions and then they would have to pay back the customer loses. The problem here is that I have no help, sportsbet is not listed on askgamblers and the regulator licensed company 'curacao' never got back to me.

Now my account was unbanned for months and they let me contineu playing as they did not want to give me back my money nor did they care about the permanent self exclusion. In december I had enough of the casino and I decided to self exclude my account for 150 days because I had ongoing bets (liverpool winning premier league etc) and they replied that they were okay with self excluding me temporary and offered me one day, one month or 6 months. I have attached pictures to this post. I never told them how many days I wanted to stay banned figured me saying 150 would be enough information and also they said that my account remains banned untill I choose one of the 3 options. So the contact stopped as I hate this casino, however I had ongoing bets and I emailed them this week about it. Suddently they decide that my account stays banned but now permantenly and they want to return my initial stakes. This is unbelieveable because I placed the premier league winner at 5.85 odds and now its at 1.33 odds on their website, I am being completely robbed because everyone knows that liverpool will win the league.

I don't know what to do. I hope anyone can help me.

I messaged them clearly to be self excluded for 150 days so that I can collect my bet after if it wins and now they just void it and choose to permanent self exclude me when in the beginning they didnt they gave me options to be self excluded for the selected days!

Please be advised we have been in regular contact with areezy regarding this self-exclusion procedure over a period of time. It became apparent that WE had to place areezy on a Permanent self-exclusion due to the claims of serious gambling issues ( Which, he is openly admitting here )

When the decision is reached and action is taken by us, any open bets are voided and money returned to the customer. ( areezy, we are still waiting for your reply to our last communication regarding Wallet so we can return the voided bets )

I was here when the Sportbet team voided the bets and it didn't matter if it was top placed team, or bottom-placed team. It was just important to cancel these and close this account down in the best interest of our customer.

If money were returned because of self exclusion, then many would be betting futures/outrights and excluding themselves when the future bet looked bad.

Many books have rules in place that are never invoked. Confiscating funds because of self exclusion should not be invoked. The player should be banned and all winnings paid along with futures that may accrue after self exclusion.

By the letter of the law, Sportsbet is allowed to confiscate the player's funds. If Sportsbet does confiscate money, it is showing to be a lower tiered book. This type of situation is why sportsbet does not have a high rating.
