Made a wire hiding and wireless gridseed rig

http://imgur.com/a/bbCPr?gallery

and the whole setup is 175watts at the wall
(that is a Zbox ID81+ running the show)
its a gridseed berry bush, bearing bitcoin berries Wink
Nice looking rig. Fresh
Above rigs are quite beautiful, but what you think about my nice Lightningasic / Gridseed mess ?!

omg, really? can we stop putting pictures in the quotes please?
Bwahaha! You quoted 5 pictures while complaining that people quote pictures.... Herpy Derp!

Just do what I do, and put a space inside the [img ] tag. Works beautifully.

Tips? 1crazy8pMqgwJ7tX7ZPZmyPwFbc6xZKM9

Why wouldn't they be? Oh yea, I forgot all the captain literals that get their panties in a bunch when coins or things outside of Bitcoin are discussed. We know this is a Bitcoin forum, one in which all Cryptos are discussed, even the crappy ones. Get over it. One day something will come along to replace Bitcoin, certainly not any of the copy & paste crap, but there will come a day. AOL, Netscape, Atari, Myspace.... They all paved the way..

I don't get out much, just noticed this thread.

I squeezed 2 Saturns (4 ASIC and 2 controller boards)
plus 2 consumer PSU's
plus 2 water pumps in series
plus a 60mm thick radiator
into one of my Saturn cases.

Slightly overclocked Smiley

My HW is a moving target.
Different WB's and other improvements in process.
(gonna lap my ASIC's while they are installed on the PCB's)

YMMV

Wow nice work. Which waterblocks do you use.

I use cheapo junkers from China.
You get what you pay for!
The shit does not have standard fittings so changing output ports is impossible with off the shelf WB parts.
I have to deck and lap each one, about 30 minutes per WB.

I have a new set that has G1/4 fittings waiting for me to rip it apart and tweak.
I know I have low/high spots on my KnCMiner ASICs and will fix when I do it.

There are much easier ways to cool ASIC but not in small footprint.
My best performance was with air cooling (after deck/lap stock heatsink)

Not as neat but very effective.

Really nice work tolip.

Why did you use both controller boards? From the looks of it you have plenty of free connectors on a single board.

Tired of substandard power distribution in your ASIC setup???   Chris' Custom Cablez will get you sorted out right!  No job too hard so PM me for a quote

Flexability and redundancy.
I can play with things and not hose a whole miner in the process.

latest setup... 75db (Busy Traffic, Phone Ringtone) in my bedroom...

Top unit is 2 x Avalon2 Single module.
Middle black unit is a 3 module Avalon2.
Bottom unit is a HashFast Sierra.

Hashing; Avalon2 (0.51TH) + Sierra (1.24TH) = Total 1.75THs

Drawing; Avalon2 (1770W ~7.6A) + Sierra (1440W ~6A) = Total 3210W (~13.6A) at the wall.

How much in electricity though?
Even if you own the data center it is in you could not eat that kind of power draw.
