I spoke to s0br this evening. Main focus was on rectifying any outstanding issues. Hoping to relay more information as I have it.

Thanks, as I have said before a lot of potential here if he can get everything sorted out. I will check back for your updates.

sjc I think most here had the same feeling of potential and still wish for this pool to succeed. It just seems the wheels are falling off the bus this last week as something's are very disturbing and starts to make a person question every aspect of what we were being told.

Or we could subpoena them.

you could, but in order to do that you would have to provide evidence of a crime....which I suspect you are unlikely to be able to do so.

what reason would he have to hide his identity?

um...I don't know, perhaps to protect himself from having to interact with ass hats with specious claims of foul play perhaps?

If it's a civil case then you would gather information during discovery.

Still waiting on our 2.4 BTC of backpay.  Has the scam thread been started yet?

If so, we should all get in there and start posting whatever info people have on s0br (return addresses on miner shipments, etc.) and so we can stop bumping this one.  I know an attorney who handles Bitcoin stuff so if we can get together enough people and enough info we can perhaps go after BAN legally.

No it hasn't started because there is no scam apart from your shithouse proxypool muiltipool.us

you will be waiting along time!!!! for the record im not a big miner around 3ths and I have tried all major pools btcguild ghash ban and your pool MUILTIPOOL I and can say i received the least amount of btc on muiltipool.us by far so id say the problem is with your own pool not BANS's when you joined or pool we went from 99+%efficiency    to below 90+% when your 200-300ths join us so that must be saying something about your pools efficiency(ITS TERRIBLE)

go back to bit minter muiltipool your definitely not welcome back on BAN

Not sure as I pulled all miners but 1 S1 earlier but still look to be sitting on over 2 million unpaid shares from today.

Decided to pop by and see if any of the issues had gotten solved as my pool is on a reallllly long round, and seriously death threats from a admin --- really?Huh Good luck ya'll apparently need it.

He's not an admin for the record.

My bad but relieved, I will ask you as you are one of the more level headed folks here. What is the status of the site are payouts - working now, s0br back yet?

No problem, easy to get conFUSEd with everything going on here. Feel free to PM me if this thread gets too much for ya.

I pulled my miners of last nite when frontend went down, as I couldn't check my stats.. im back on this morning and all payments and shares are working as they should.

aurel57 you should ask some1 in the IRC help about you unpaid shares they well sort it out asap.

I no they pay every hour but you cant expect the hour payments to be exactly right I just work out the average after a full 24hours of mining
I have 2.5ths and after adding all my payments up for the 31/08 I got +0.05488519 and for the 1/09 I got 0.05881

id say that's about spot on to me!!!!

We are running the same hash then as I was at 2.5th also. So tell me what your payments were today for the first 12 hours

I agree with you and pulled my hash a while back going back reading the last few days it does seem as the problems are getting worse not better. I am not going to speculate or make any acquisitions I just simply won't bring my hash back till s0br himself addresses the issue and gives some explanations as what has been going on.

aurel57 sorry as I said I also pulled my  2.5ths last nite as I got worried because frontend was done I went over to btcguild for 9-11hours  had a lucky run to!!:)

so my payments for yesterday will also be down I came back to BAN this morning as frontend was back online and my pps payments have been coming through on he hour at the correct amount so all seems to be well on BAN again

hopefully it stays that way  will post my next 3 days worth of income from BAN on this thread just to make sure everything is working correctly.

Never stated I was an admin at all ever... Given our current juncture, nor would I desire to be. Never threatened anyones life either. If you reread the post i was ranting about flounder and his threats of whatever he can think of to complain about his issue, He asked why doesn't s0br reveal his personal information. And my reply was why don't you give out yours...

That was to insinuate that if his users figured out that he was ripping them off for mining at a proxy that wasn't actually a pool and charging them 1.5 percent to mine for him at a pool that charges nothing, perhaps someone might be livid about it. And in these days and times the AR-15 is Americas scary weapon of choice so umm yeah. You only reap what you sow...

And what man names himself after a fish anyway... In Jamaica we have a sayin' when, "man a fish..."

Thank you ckolivas to calm everyone down. So, back to topic:

Phwner/s0br,

When we get our S3 as promised?
When we get our back pay as promised?
When we get our 12.5% as promised?
You say you speak to s0br - why he don't speak to us?
