I'm trying to find the pool that works best for me with around 16TB on an i5 ubuntu machine with 8gb ram.
I started with cryptomining farm, which seemed to work fine but I'm in southern california, the farm is in asia and occaisionaly I miss out on a few good deadlines by being too slow.  I'm thinking I'll get my nonces delivered more quickly to pool closer to me.  I know there is an east coast pool in the US and a few in Europe, does anyone know of a good pool on the west coast of the US ?

Anyone know what file the burstcoin contacts information is stored in? I'd like to move my contacts from one computer to another, but not sure where they are located on the filesystem.

The contacts are stored in the browser's database storage for the site.  I'm not sure what the technical term for it is.

For example, on my system, Windows 7 with Chrome, contacts and asset information is in the leveldb files stored here:

We think this will be a step to spread the word of BURST to a wider audience. The sites should be hosted on independent vpser, amd offer a good translation of the content of burstcoin.info (NO GOOGLE!!)

For each of the translations I offer 25,000 BURST.

Proof of Capacity is a diferent way of making coin disrtibution, so the advantages or disvantages must be seen in the coin distribution fairness.

For Proof of Work system it was a fair distribution until the price raise and people strart using specialized equipments to get more coins (it has nosense to stock hunders of computers with docens of GPu on each or ASIC that can make very simple and fast operation, but nothing more)

For Proof of Stake, if the stake is high the coin become inflacionist and has no worth, but if the stake is low (or even 0) is really difficult to ensure the blockchain, so is easy to attack it.

BURST, the unique POC coin, uses the HD for getting coins but, for sure, if the price raise there will appear ASIC and we sill stock docens of HD that could be used for other things.

i dont think that asics will come up in the next years. If the come up, your miners could easy be switched to a maidsafe oder a strojx miner.....so no problem at all.
