Thanks for responding, do you have any recommendations on which pool a newbie should use? With regards to the PoM campaign, the requirements say that only members from before 2014 can participate. Or is this a typing error? Also if it is 2015 for the deadline am I still able to participate as someone just starting into the community?

I can't recommend a particular pool (showing favoritism or whatever) but I would ask you to stay away from Suprnova, since they have a large enough market share already and the smaller pools could use some support. As regards the POM campaign, I do know that if you petition 111magic with a private message it will be looked at (or at least that is how it was at the beginning). With any luck, he will post something about that in a minute anyway

Hi Magi Community I have some little questions about the current state of Magi I leave the Mining Software (atm Sweetspot 1.0.1) Running nearly 24/7 on my I5 2500k @ 4.4ghz (Even 4,8 sometimes but dont want to rape my little worker) So far i gained 400XMG and it seems now i really just mine Dust :c First question is... Did the Hashrate Blasters with the Monster machines already broke the Fairness by waiting for the Blck reward rounds and all that? Second question is,are the provided nodes in the First post here usefull? I try to add them via the Commandline in the Magiwallet but i only get Failure codes. I'm not bashing Magi with my questions dont get me wrong Love this coin and will continue Mining it just seems that the Network gets flushed by not so Social Miners lately Edit:The Website http://xmg.maxbet.club is down so the First post might be edited for that

Hi, The error 22 is the same one I was getting when I used a blockchain snapshot produced on a Windows 7 64 bit machine on a Windows 7 32 bit machine. I am still investigating that - I had to build a fresh blockchain from scratch overnight to assist in my research. However, I am surprised that you are getting this after a normal wallet shutdown. I would suspect a disk storage problem, such as bad blocks or failure to flush disk write cache. On a Windows system I would run chkdsk /r c: and then reboot to scan for bad blocks, but I am not a Linux expert so do not know the equivalent command for that. Make sure that you have a good backup copy (or two) of the wallet.dat file to preserve your coins.
