Block rewards:
We basically have finalized the PoW specifications, but I heard voice regarding the coin rewards (min: 3, max: 50); it does sound marginal if block stays at 3 XMG. If you like to give it a change, please vote. It won't change unless we get enough votes.
I would say keep it like it is. +1 +1 but I would vote to increase the PoS rate to around 10 percent or higher even. I guess we may stay the same rate, going above 5% could not be a good choice, or at least need cautious to going that direction. I realized there are coins recently with crazy high rate, like 200% +, those are just coin players to me.

[Magipools]https://www.magipool.info/MultipoolYou don't have CPU, but have ASIC miner or graphic card? You can earn Magi on XMG multipool, mining many other algos like: Scrypt, Sha256, x11, x13, x15, and others: https://multi.magipool.info/M7M v2 Mining PoolMining your CPU in magi Pool: https://pow.magipool.info/The multipool is provided by Historical.

Low interest rate has good flowability and is good for long term and is good for the whole community. We must focus on the long term and the whole community, not just on a few people and a short time. For example(good pos coin and pos interest rate):PPC 1% ,BC 1% ,VRC 1.5-2.5% etc. XMG's specification is good enough for the whole community and long term, dev has already done a good work, so no need to change, and let dev and us focus on XMG' next thing.

Well ... I have been trying. It used to work just fine for a time. Then they changed something. Now my miners will not connect to the given addresses. I have not changed anything. The minerd reports "stratum_subscribe send failed" with Suchpool but works A1 tickety-boo-no-nonsense with other pools. Occasionally, it actually connects and reports accepted shares which is a real surprise. I had plans to add Suchpool to the list of available pools in my automine software, but that will have to go on hold for now. It is a shame because I am re-writing large parts of the software to accommodate a whole bunch of other upgrades which are due for release very soon. I need some people willing to test out/benchmark a new Windows 64 bit minerd.exe for CPUs that support the AVX2 instruction set (Intel Haswell class) for me. The one Haswell CPU that I have access to has other things running in the background and I cannot get any meaningful results from it. If you can help then please send me a PM for the link. Thanks.

I was keeping mining SuchPool for sometime and it was fine. My rig was in our new pool ( pow.magipool.info) for testing, so I just turned it back. It still keeps popping up "yay", I will leave it there tonight and see what's going one. Have tried these two links: stratum+tcp://stratum1.suchpool.pw:3331 stratum+tcp://stratum2.suchpool.pw:3331 p.s., my AMD-8350 with 7 cores in Xubuntu yields 33.5 kh/s.

How to use XMG multipool? - Enter your valid XMG wallet address and wait one or two seconds while system registers your XMG address and creates BTC address (don't need to hit Enter, only copy/paste you XMG address into input field and wait second, two). - Created BTC address is associated with your XMG address and belongs only to you. - Mine with your ASIC/GPU miners with associated (shown) BTC address on desired pools: Nicehash, WafflePool or yaamp, and on desired algorithm. - Some instructions how to mine on rare algos are shown on bottom of page. More details how to fine tune your miners can be found on NiceHash Guide, WafflePool or Yaamp. - Once BTC are received on your associated BTC address, multipool will exchange BTC for XMG if all collected BTC >= 0.005 - NiceHash, WafflePool and Yaamp send BTC against certain conditions which need to be met (min threshold). if you think I can help you somehow, PM me.

Hey look some more pools! It's time to drive some traffic guys. Also don't forget to support Suchpool, and MiningRigRentals, they just joined in and need some activity from our communities! Agree, such pool needs more hashrate. Would be very nice if we could even out the hashrate between the pools Hey look some more pools! It's time to drive some traffic guys. Nothing unusual about those warnings from Malwarebytes. That is the problem with peer-to-peer networking - you never know who you are dealing with. You should not be worried.

Yes it would be nice, but my miner will not connect to Suchpool now. They have broken it. My miner has no problem with any other pool and Suchpool used to work just fine. It is really frustrating ... not to mention annoying
