Inviting through 'invite friends' option with Facebook makes a status update on your Facebook profile and inviting through the Facebook messenger icon in 'wallet' lets you chose Facebook friends whom you want to invite.

referrals and total gems display are OK.
I have in wallet "gems earned" 350 :-) but in blockscan Assets Holder List http://blockscan.com/assetholders?p=0&q=GEMZ there is only my initial volume of gems (sent from Counterwallet.io to new in-app GEMZ address). I should have in blockscan in-app GEMS address my initial amount + "gems earned". Is this a bug?

guess cause your gemz are now off-chain. I really would love to have a second on-chain wallet in the app but I guess that is allready planned.

I think the airdrop is in beta mode for fine tuning, once that is done i think the rest will come, i also would like to know when earning through contribution score will go live?

Yeah, the rewards were more than I expected.  Imagine if the network takes off and the price of gems increases.  You'll have to share the airdrop of course with more poeple but you could make some decent extra cash growing this network.

Also, wait until advertisers start signing up, you'll get paid for that.  

I would think advertisers too would get so much more bang for their buck paying consumers direct rather than lining zuckerberg's pockets first!!!

I'm telling you this has the potential to be Bitcoin's killer app.  Getgems is the power of decentralization at it's best!!

So does anybody have any insight into the apple app approval process?  I have read it takes them on average 6 days to review new apps (as opposed to google takes on average 2 hours!)  Now getgems might be different because it involves money and I think anything bitcoin seems to be heavily scrutinized by apple.

Basically what you said, a Bitcoin app I bet takes longer cause it probably gets passed on from basic checking to more detailed. Its more like 8 days though and that's an average so I guess anyday now if there are no problems.

Come on dude thats like 10 cents. Why should gems pay when its going to counterparty. Maybe if you had to move it to your wallet but actually you dont need to yet and later you can connect up your account to your wallet for the bonus.

lol...prob is...having to top up BTC requires a minimum cash deposit [through mastercard] of like $20-50USD through an exchange. i'm currently tight on budget. i wouldn't mind doing it if i only had to top up 30 cents or $1 to pay 10 cents. I don't mind paying in GEMZ too. unfortunately, it currently only accepts BTC, which is 0.0005.
