Anyone know if there are going to be any more ANT s5 PACMIC?

Or if there will be any ant s6 PACMIC when those units start shipping?

More interested if there will be any more ant 5 PACMIC for now as I imagine the s6 is end of summer...

I see no reason why not. These contracts are immensely profitable for them. As soon as they pay you out, they have the miner for them.

90.78% at this moment. Looks like difficulty is going down later today. Should be under 90%.

It went up .07% which is negligible. Would have been nice if it went down but still negligible

Ok, so it still profitable to gamble with Umisoo. Especially since BTC might jump up a bit more.

The key word is GAMBLE. Umisoo is very obselete miners for a long time. It can collapse anytime you just need to be careful that is why it is so cheap. IF bitcoin falls again it will become unprofitable.

True. But the price has doubled more then once in the past after BTC price swings. Not many other investments can provide that kind of opportunity.

If you want to make yourself sick -

Jan 14th - Price touched .00007 /GH
Jan 29th - Price hit .0008 / GH

Your investment x10 in 2 weeks. (Of course that was the extreme top and bottom)

If we start climbing towards $300 again Umisoo will be .0003 to .00035

Money to be made if your crystal ball is working.

It s too risky for me. Simply to close to the turn off point.

Last time I looked one could buy an S5 and at checkout you could choose to have it shipped to the HashNet mine for hosting. Today that option is gone and checkout cart only offers shipping to my home. If I go to HashNet it says I can buy an S5 for $390 instead of $340.  That S5 has to hash for a month to recoup that extra $50.  I doubt you'd ever turn a profit at $390 plus hosting fees.

Is there any way to time the purchase of their mining contracts?  The enigmatic PACMiC seems so confusing.  Expecially when the profit is in idiotic "satoshis" that are not even a unit of measure.

hmm I have made plenty of withdrawals in the past first time, I have an " auditing " as the confirmation..

Was only for ฿0.02748

Wonder if it has to do with the price spike and possible lack of btc ( run on the wallet )

Update - Never mind, it quickly turned to the normal 0 Confirms...

True but if that is the case wouldnt it be better to just buy some btc now you would make more of a profit than risking it on a gamble like that. If btc price drops you lose part of your investment in btc value but if it drops and you have Umisoo you are stuck with it and lose ALL your investment

+1

Also, if you want to cloud mine, go with S4 or S5. Much safer investments.

I'm trying to develop a watchdog to watch my account .

It seems there no way to access the open orders list for a market , using the api ( at least not in the documentation)

but i must miss something because  if, for example,  you add a sell order , almost immediately someone add a small order just above yours .

Does anybody know if it's possible to accèss the stats ? the ones you see in stats tab per market .

In terms of cloud mining it does not get any better than this. Use bitcoinwisdom calculator once you figure out which miner you will cloud mine with.

Nobody can tell you that exacty, they have several different miners, there is difficulty in the game as well as pool luck.

Current ROI is about 220-280 days or about 0.4% daily yield depending on type of contract you buy - look here: http://nextdifficulty.com/#roi

Hi, I am looking at the 2 options offered by Hashnest.  So from what I can tell, you get a chance at a better return, but more risk if you buy the equipment and have it installed vs the pacmic.  But it does not say on the website that I can tell, if I buy an s5 for 390$ (for example) do they host it indefinitely as long as it is profitable?  What if it breaks? Basically I am looking for more info on this option so I can compare the two.

Thanks if anyone knows the answer.

They host it as long as it is profitable because there is a maintenance fee that has to be paid and is distracted from your profits and later you can ship it to yourself if you still need it. And you don't have to purchase the whole S5, you can start by buying some ghs backed by S5 (you can choose which equipment is backing your hashrate - there are different markets for that).
And pacmic looks to be sold out..

Also you need to take into account the fact that the new generation of miners should be out this summer. In other words, nothing last forever in crypto world.

OK, thanks for the help guys.  I assumed a new model would arrive soon.

To hasnest:

On your order page for buying the s5, it lists a maintenance fee by the machine.  However when you read down below it says that there are no maintenance fees, but there is an electricity cost.  I assume that the cost of electricity is what you mean by the maintenance fee, but its confusing.  Also much of your site is translated poorly into English.  It gives your site an unprofessional feel that makes me a little nervous.  You have a great reputation and I am not saying anything fishy is going on, but it may look like a scam site to a casual observer due to the poor translation.
