Has anyone purchase an S5 from the shop lately? I'm curious if the 72 hour waiting period is precise, or if they "provision" that GH sooner on occasion. Thanks in advance!
Yes I purchased 2 a few Fridays ago, and by Monday evening it was up and running.

If you can figure out how much each gh should be making with zero electric costs with today's difficulty...
Hi. The value I presented (0.00051342) is the amount I received in my wallet yesterday for one day of cloud mining with a hash of 150GHz, fees already deducted with genesis mining. The reason I calculated the value to 1GHz exactly was to make it easier to compare if I had an account of 1000GHz and them compare with the earnings of a AntminerS5 with Hashnest if someone would share there number with me. I know pool luck plays a huge factor, but its to have an idea to see which could more profitable. Recap: 0,003423 Would be the approximate value today for a 1000GHz account with genesis I’m looking to compare this value with a AntminerS5 1155GHS with hashnest. Thanks again. @speedt_ouch hi last week antS5 in hashnest the pplns payout/TH is 0.01173593BTC per day, the Maintenance/Payout is about 48% so your earings about 0.00563324 happy mining!

wrong answer. Last week PPS/TH Earnings = 0.01056774 PPLNS/TH Earnings = 0.011173593 PPS/TH Maintenance/Payout(PPS) = 48,09% PPLNS/TH Earnings = X % How big is X ? 50,85% Is that S5 or varied or what?

0,78861475-0,33430161=0,45431314 June 6 24 hour 57750 GH/s , profit 0,45431314

Sadly theu just confused me more has a newbie I am. You are running 57750GHz right? Can I just get numbers for 1150GHz much easier to understand and get my bearings. You got me lost with: S/TH Earnings = 0.01056774 PPLNS/TH Earnings = 0.011173593 Sorry

.... You are running 57750GHz right? Can I just get numbers for 1150GHz much easier to understand and get my bearings. You got me lost with: S/TH Earnings = 0.01056774 PPLNS/TH Earnings = 0.011173593 Sorry Yes. this day, I had a 50 Antminer S5 (57750 GH/s) Mining Revenue Distribution
1. Mining revenues generated from Hashnest mining contracts will be paid out using the PPLSN (Pay Per Last N Shares) method.
2. All miners on Hashnest are pointed to AntPool by default.
3. In the event that AntPool experiences prolonged technical difficulties, Hashnest reserves the right to move hashrate to another mining pool. In the event of a mining pool shift, revenues will be distributed according to the PPS (Pay Per Share) method.
4. In the event of a mining pool shift, Hashnest will also compensate for lost revenues according to the PPS method.
PPLNS Revenue Distribution Explanation
1. Upon AntPool finding a block and after six network confirmations, the block information and revenue will be transmitted to the Hashnest platform.
2. Upon receiving this information and the newly found bitcoins, Hashnest will then divide revenue among all users according to the proportion of the amount of hashrate they control proportional to the entire pool.
PPS Revenue Distribution Explanation
1. PPS uses the following formula to calculate theoretical mining revenues per GH/s.
1 * 10^9*86400*Current Block Reward/Current Difficulty/2^32.
During revenue distribution, users will receive income based on the amount of hashrate held in their accounts.
2. PPS payments will be made once daily between 12:00 and 13:00 Beijing Time.

Hi, my name is Sebastian, and this is my first post, so I would like to say Hello to all of the people that participate in this thread. Now, the reason I'm posting is to request support for my account at Hashnest, and I'm doing it here because I can't get any support from the other available channels: - I have opened a thread on Hashnest Talk, with no luck; - I have opened support tickets several times already with no response whatsoever from Hashnest; So, what I need is that someone from Hashnest, or anyone out of kindness, can guide me into how to get the 2FA Google auth reset, since I lost the 2FA keys that are necessary for doing that, and I need it to be able to make withdrawals from my Hashnest account. My sincere apologies to the people in this thread that have no interest in my support request or my rants about the lack of satisfactory service from this company. Thanks ! Cheers, Sebastian Carneiro Hashnest account: sebastian.carneiro@gmail.com

Hashnest 20015-06-08 Payout 0.78861475 Maintenance 0.33430161 57750 GH/s Antpool Pool Luck June 08. 12.00 AM 119% My 70 TH/s Home mining gave me that day 0.8856 BTCWhat's your take on getting into Hashnest (at least to try out). Is it worth waiting for the new S7 units in one month? From one perspective, there is always going to be newer units on the horizon. From the other, I wonder how it would impact prices on the current ones. For example, if it's going to make the S5 2x cheaper, then it's probably worth waiting the 3-4 weeks. Just running through the math, at the current rates, the S5 is $384 for 1150GH/s of hashing power. Assuming BTC's value stays flat: At a 3% difficulty increase per month, you're looking at a $458 revenue, which is a $75 profit (20% annualized) in the first year. At a 5% difficulty increase per month, you're looking at a $29 profit (7.5% annualized) in the first year. At a 10% difficulty increase per month, you'd lose money in the first year. Do those estimates seem correct? Based on your earnings from 20015-06-08, you're making slightly above these estimates by the way - maybe just a lucky day.

The BEST Case sceario would be if price of BTC remains the same Then the daily revenue would be 1.44/386 = 0.003730570 = 0.0037% daily revenue after 286 days break even point So the question is which to buy A) Something that pays itself in 93 days while giving you a 0.055% profit daily immediately and expires after 93? (low risk) OR B) Something that gives you 0.37% to 0.25% daily once it pays itself after 286 to 363 days of activation? (Medium Risk) Damn it I dont know which to choose. Please Vote: A or B? Thanks Hi. Posted first on this thread to try and get some real actual numbers people are receiving with hashnest AntminerS5 I was pleased to see more people looking for the same answers as me! Like you I really don’t know if I get AntminerS5 or PACMiC. Ideally I would get one of each and see the difference my self. But I can only afford one now. PACMiC seems to be the "saver" bet right now. Thanks to you’re calculations I can estimate that after 93 days I should get my invested 1 Bitcoin back plus some profit. My question is how much profit? Can you provide a number please? Yes PACMiC is definitely the safer investment and as I calculated earlier, assuming there is no increase in difficulty, the total profit after 93 days would be 0.05149402 BTC and of course you will get the money you spent for the 1000 GH back. Hope that helps

Looks like PACMiC sales are dwindling, with only a couple of contracts being sold each day. Can someone from Bitmain comment on if the purchase price will be updated at some point? We are getting to the point where the expected profit does not outweight the risk of difficulty shooting up, and no one is buying 1 TH/s for 1 btc. Perhaps we could see 1 btc for 1.25 TH/s or something like that?

Agreed 100%. I keep running the math and the risk/reward is just not there at 1btc per 1Th/s. Especially after the recent difficulty adjustment and the one coming up. I'd imagine they'd want to clear the inventory before the new S7's roll out, so hopefully the pricing gets adjusted a little bit? I'd definitely bite if the pricing was just a little bit better.
