I was finally able to fire my miners back up about 6:30 this morning. The hurricane rain bands have moved farther east. No more rain for the next 4 or 5 days. And low temps in the forecast for next week! Smiley My miners will be happy!

My "massive" 50TH will surely power the pool to three or four more blocks today!!!  Grin Grin Grin Grin

34PH???

What the.... we need the hash to get them blocks, as per Kano 12PH per block.

5 today shows how lucky our pool is -- I hope the MIAs will come back soon.

If I provided you good and useful info or just a smile to your day, consider sending me merit points to further validate this Bitcointalk account ~ useful for future account recovery...

Personally i hope the MIA dont come back. Jumping ship just because we had a little bit of back luck.   Lips sealed

EDIT .
Tho from what i read online over a million lost power down in florida e.t.c due to the storm so maybe some hash lost is from there  Shocked

Keep calm and carry on mining.

How are you running two full BTC nodes? Are they on two different public IP addresses?

My overall net is actually slightly more over the past week or so...no complaints.

And that's with a PSU brick starting to go out...one board on one of the A6s isn't getting but about 11v. Gotta order a new brick, I guess. I've got extra PCIe leads on any of the other three bricks (I use 2 1KW bricks for one A6). Any comments on whether supplying a single board from two PSUs? I've heard it can cause problems depending on how the board manages things.

 Cry

To infinity and beyond...on two 741s and one of only 3...nope, make that 4...full nodes in Hawaii...on <30A. (I have other gear on the Hoth ice planet)

It is not advisable to power a board from two different sources, all kinds of "funny things" can happen.

Thanks...that's what I remembered. I think, however, I can probably run one board from one PSU, and the other board from the other PSU's extra leads.

I still have to meter the outputs on all the bricks...maybe it's limited to one set of pigtails, whatever.

Again...thanks for the comeback.

Mine on.

There's been a couple more network problems with the FR node in the last few hours.

While the other nodes have all been OK, no problems, the FR network problems seem to be beyond the providers ability to deal with them.
Running a node requires a very reliable network connection and it would seem over the last couple of days that the FR node has not been reliable enough.
It's back working OK now, but some time in the next day I'll redirect the half a dozen users from FR to DE and get rid of the FR node.
No one will need to change anything, the miners will just switch over when I do it.

However, if you are using FR as a backup to mining on DE, that you should change that configuration since the backup would be the same node.

Both boards on my newest A6 have burned power sockets. The PSU tests perfect. Well...guess I'll see what warranty is like at Canaan.

Wow  Undecided, did you have 16AWG or thicker PCI-E cables?
