Wowzers...I was out for a couple of hours and come back to the "C word troll" again. Keeping in mind I'm a retired behavioral scientist (read that as profiler), I ain't gonna go where this nimrod is coming from. Since it seems I'm the only gender-relevant subject of his (and I'm assuming "his"...even whacked out women...and in my professional experience I've known a few...have more clarity than this) childish vernacular, I'm not gonna go there, either.

As others (and I) have noted, we've been here a longer time than most and DO understand how this is going to work out...which this fellow obviously does not, although he is convinced he does and that we're all in a fog.

To bring a bit of levity, I offer a short song written by the iconic psychotherapist and inventor of rational-emotive therapy, Albert Ellis: (sung to Camptown Races)

Camptown schizos sing this song...doo-dah, doo-dah
We're all right, and you're all wrong...dah, doo-dah day.
We delude all day...
Gonna have our way...
You're all nuts, but we're OK!
Dah, doo-dah day.

Never used the ignore button before. Might now...although maybe I could get some CEUs (Continuing Education Units) by just monitoring the diatribe.

To infinity and beyond...on two 741s and one of only 3...nope, make that 4...full nodes in Hawaii...on <30A. (I have other gear on the Hoth ice planet)

did fee changed to 1.8% from 0.9%?
from that link: pool takes 0.225 BTC per 12.5 BTC block.
0.225/12.5=1.8%
thanks
That's just the default number on a web page I wrote ... 4 or 5 years ago? Smiley
And updated it a year or so ago to match what it was back then.
And you can change it.

Though I did answer your question here ...

OK, thanks. The only reason I even asked is because you quote that site yourself.

I'm trying to be disciplined about not firing up my S7's until 10:30 or 11 tonight, but damn, the urge is killing me! I guess it's hash-rate withdrawal. LOL
I'll just have to be satisfied with the S9's 12-13TH for four more hours.  Tongue

Yeah it is my site.
It's just that it only grabs the hash rate from the pool, nothing else.
OK updated it to default to 0.9% of a block Smiley

huh? why s7 are supposed to be off until 11 for you?
in addition, why there is so mush trolling here and in hardware?
OT: I was rooting for France, but Portugal was better in overtime. Oh, well.

Can't win 'em all... Wink  (re football) I was rooting for FR as well, actually. Got friends there...well, almost everywhere, I guess.

If it's of interest...Happy the S3 went down, took him apart, and found an extremely localized deposit of dust and goop (for lack of a better term) in a coin-sized circle surrounding the RJ-45 socket on the controller board. Since this is a volcanic (extinct, we hope) island, the dirt here is deep red and mostly iron oxide...ie., mildly conductive. Cleaned the small area with contact cleaner and a toothbrush (the spaces between the solder points were totally encrusted), let dry, remounted...and Happy is happy again, and I'm back to full hash.

A toothbrush. Well...I guess sometimes smaller IS better...  Kiss

It's a self-imposed cut off. I'm trying to cut back on electricity use and I'm only running my S9 during the day (and night), I will turn on the S7's for the overnight shift to join the S9.
Until coin prices rise about another $20 $15, running all of my miners 24/7 is costing too much $$ and is just above break-even for me.
Bottom line is I'm trying to save electricity.

I'm not responsible for the trolling. That ain't me.  Wink

Oh sorry Citro...the fatness of a block generally refers to the number of Tx included and also the amount of fees collected.  By my definition at least.

Checking my units remotely several times a day, have never seen :80 dead and :3333 alive at the same time. So may be the problem is at your end. I am not an expert though.
