There are still some strong reasons to be quite bullish.

-I have heard nothing that The Gox has approved all 5,500 accounts.

-High deposit accounts[over 100,000 euros] in Cyprus will still get axed by 30% to 70%

-There is wonder if Portugal,Spain,Malta and Lichtenstein could face the same issues.

Im from one of those countries, lets hope not.

Big sell-off down to 71.90   Huh

Maybe Avalon cashing out a bit? Although I would have assumed they would have a large off-market buyer lined up.

Kind of dumb, IMO. Why get people out of Bitcoins, if the whole point is to encourage adoption?

Considering how fast people buy into the drops I can't see this working well using that info provided.

I see the wall on $80.16 disappeared at around the time the recent dumping happened.

We need more people using Bitcoin to exchange value, not more inexperienced traders who panic sell on every little downturn.  If they sell and then see the price continue to climb, they will give up trading and either buy and hold for the long term or buy only when they want to spend.  Both of these uses are better for bitcoin than traders without the experience needed to stabilize the market.

Someone's really trying to keep the price down. But they'd be wise to remember that no matter how much money they control, there's somebody out there who controls even more  Cheesy

Maybe it's just BitPay buying dollars to give to the merchants who use their service.

This looks like a very risky strategy. When the correction upwards happens within four hours (which it usually does) participants in this scheme could lose a lot more then they could possibly win.

Dumping right now is not only a losing idea, it's a stupid idea.

But, bears gonna bear I guess. Maybe they're afraid of making too much money.

Yea, maybe we should think of bears like Robin Hood.  Taking from he bitcoin rich (themselves) and giving to everyone else.  How thoughtful!
