Damn! I was so tempted to sell at ~90 and put in a buy at 79 earlier today, but didn't want to get burned in case we made a run to 100. Oh well...I'm glad we did have this correction though.

You could engrave that into every trader's tombstone!

Seriously, we need to get bitcoin post mtgox. Their shiat exchange really is the limiting factor. If they spent half the time working on the infrastructure as they did ID verification BS they could take down wall street.

yes, unacceptable their "service" ...

$75 is first major support.

Lucif says if it stays above $75 then it's a major bullish sign. We'll see. I'm having to simply watch from the sidelines because of the lag on gox.

It's pretty clear that there are bullish signs everywhere. Major media attention, new technology securing the network (Asics), thousands of newcomers queuing to be verifying at Gox, newbies turning their fiat in BTC everywhere. Each correction is only an excellent buy opportunity.

I've got >5000 more plus 4 avalons. I'll be ok. Lol.

Doesn't seem to be much to worry about unless the $75 floor is broken.

was hoping for $65, but bought back in @78.

*Even if so, that's still set to reach $100 within a month

Won't happen, because we've probably topped out for the year.  $100 is too strong a resistance point and now that a big player has decided to make a move, more will follow.  It's all downhill from here for a long while, I think.

we'll see lower gox price short term only because gox is closing, funds are leaving; people are concerned and confused about the CoinLab switch stuff

Doesn't seem to be much to worry about unless the $75 floor is broken.

Lol, most those current users are those who got burned in 2011 trying to log back on to gloat (see BitcoinTip and Crazy). Sad to be them

Just broken daily volume record too with an hour and a half left to break 10m that's looking quite likely too.

I don't understand why but although I'm all in I was delighted to see what just happened (other than the ridiculous MtGox failing to keep up*) - and would have continued to even if it had taken us all the way down to my average buying in price.  I'm just fascinated by the behaviour of traders.  I was looking at it thinking 'beatiful'.

* and the vindictive glee of some bears.  They seem to have gone quiet again now though!
