A few dozen pages back, it was hinted that he had to flee Dubai for unclear reasons. It's all very hazy as he's publicly dropped off the radar and has gone incommunicado.

I know 'Uncle Stu' sent Josh some great selfies in his mapron of muscles, but exactly how much was he involved with the day to day Josh scammy scum? I didn't see much int he mail dump detailing ol Stu's intent and knowledge.

Stu has been one of Josh's primary investors dating back to his initial GAW high-speed internet company and appeared to be highly invested in GAW Miners as well.  I will have to dig back through the leaked emails for specific references as to dollar amounts, etc. , as I'm sure others could provide as well. I don't exactly remember how Josh got hooked up with Stu, but I think he was a family friend of some kind. Josh and Stu are also jointly on whatever bullshit HTML ad injection trademarks they got a few years ago. Stu fancies himself some sort of mentor to Josh it seems, or at least he did, before he scrubbed references to GAW from his LinkedIn.

That was rumored to be the case at some point earlier in this thread. Of course, I think it was also speculated that Josh was Stuart's illegitimate child. So who knows.
